On April 25, the launching ceremony of the 2024 Qingpu Trade Union's new employment form of labor legal services series express industry special activities and Yunda's first service day were held at Yunda headquarters. The event was promoted and guided by the China National Defense Posts and Telecommunications Trade Union, the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions and the Yunda Squatting Group of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, hosted by the Shanghai Qingpu District Federation of Trade Unions, and co-organized by the Yunda Company Trade Union.
Zhao Deguan, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, Gao Jian, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Qingpu District People's Congress and chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, Zheng Youhao, leader of the Yunda squatting group of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and director of the Postal Work Department of the China National Defense Posts and Telecommunications Union, Cao Hongliang, director of the Labor Relations Department of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, Zhu Yaowu, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xianghuaqiao Street and director of the Working Committee of the National People's Congress of Qingpu District, Cai Xuefeng, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Qingpu District Federation of Trade Unions, Zhu Yihong, member of the party group and deputy director of the Qingpu District Justice Bureau, member of the Party Committee of Xianghuaqiao Street, Cao Hui, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, Vice President of Yunda Human Resources Administration, Director of Employee Administration Department and Chairman of the Labor Union attended the event. More than 100 people participated in the event, including the squatting group of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, relevant responsible comrades of the Federation of Trade Unions of Shanghai, Qingpu District and Xianghuaqiao Street, representatives of lawyers, and representatives of workers in Yunda's new employment form.
Gao Jian, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Qingpu District People's Congress and chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a speech. Gao Jian said that this year, the Qingpu District Federation of Trade Unions will pay attention to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the new employment form and promote the solution of the most direct and realistic interests of the workers from three aspects: participating in legislation to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, increasing services to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations, and improving the effectiveness of trade union services for employees based on demand.

Cao Hongliang, Director of the Labor Relations Department of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhu Yaowu, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xianghuaqiao Street, Qingpu District, and Director of the Working Committee of the National People's Congress, unveiled the "Dispute Mediation Workstation".
At the end of the event, the participating leaders jointly launched the "2024 Qingpu Trade Union New Employment Form Workers Legal Services Series Express Industry Special Activities" on the screen.
At the event, legal services and care packages were presented to couriers, lawyers were invited to give lectures on legal knowledge, and policy advice on rights protection services for couriers and other new forms of employment workers.
This event is an important arrangement for the implementation of the 2024 Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions Practical Project for Serving Employees, and publicizes and promotes the legal service positions, resources and projects of trade unions at all levels in Shanghai for representatives of new employment forms such as couriers, online food delivery workers, online car-hailing drivers, truck drivers, and domestic service workers, and guides and helps new employment groups to enhance their awareness of protecting their rights in accordance with the law and improve their ability to protect their rights in accordance with the law.
