It is understood that the two newly delivered communities have been delivered since the third quarter of last year, and are currently in a period of centralized decoration. In order to avoid the flood of illegal decoration during the centralized decoration period and strengthen the "control power" at the source, the Jinshui Lake Joint Logistics Workstation led the Urban Construction Center, the Urban Management Squadron, the Preparatory Group of the Qiuling Neighborhood Committee and the property to launch a special action for illegal decoration. Up to now, 800 owners of the newly delivered residential areas have applied for decoration permits, 273 have been renovated, and 223 are under construction.
