In order to do a good job in road safety during the "May Day" festival, the Lijing Expressway Brigade carefully analyzed and judged in advance, went all out to purify the traffic environment, and ensured the safety and smoothness of the roads in the jurisdiction during the festival. On April 25, the Lijing Expressway Brigade joined forces with road administration, toll collection, maintenance, rescue and other units to go deep into the jurisdiction to comprehensively carry out the investigation and management of road traffic safety hazards before the holiday.
During the investigation, the brigade combined the characteristics of road traffic accidents and daily pavement management in the jurisdiction, and combined with various departments to conduct a comprehensive survey of the safety facilities, off-road wire protection nets, emergency shelter lanes, and construction sections in the jurisdiction. The investigation found that the roadside protection net is damaged, the drainage canal and slope protection network is not completely closed, the road bridge expansion joint aging and convex and other potential safety hazards are studied and judged, and the solution measures are proposed, and the responsible unit is ordered to rectify in a timely manner to ensure that the problems found can be quickly and effectively dealt with before the festival, and actively complete the safety hazard management account, and effectively eliminate the potential safety hazards.
At the same time, we will go deep into the construction site to carry out supervision and inspection, and put forward strict requirements for safety protection and construction operations. At the investigation site, all units reached an agreement on the road construction during the "May Day" period, requiring the construction unit to stop all highway construction operations before the "May Day" Festival, and all construction equipment to evacuate the highway to ensure that the "May Day" period provides an orderly, safe and smooth traffic environment for the majority of drivers and passengers.
