The inspection, according to the "Guiding Principles of Pharmaceutical Business Quality Management Standards", the retail pharmacies from the license management, purchase acceptance, storage and maintenance, sales management, practitioners and quality management documents and other aspects of a comprehensive inspection, one is to check whether the drugs are standardized display, whether the drugs and non-drugs are stored separately, whether there is a proprietary mark; the second is to check whether the licensed pharmacists are on the job during the business hours; the third is to check whether the purchase channels are legal, whether the purchase of drugs is complete, whether the complete drug procurement, Fourth, check whether the sales of prescription drugs and ephedrine-containing compound preparations strictly implement national regulations, whether prescription drugs are sold with a doctor's prescription, and whether there are sales records; when refrigerated drugs and medical devices arrive, whether they are inspected and recorded in terms of quality control such as temperature records and transportation time of their transportation methods and transportation processes; whether there are illegal channels to purchase drugs, The phenomenon of medical devices, whether the drugs provided to patients are compatible with the scope of diagnosis and treatment of the practice license, whether the qualifications and invoices of the supplier are required for the procurement of drugs and medical devices in accordance with the regulations, whether the certificates, bills, accounts, goods and payments are consistent, whether there are drugs and medical devices that exceed the expiration date, whether there are illegal drug recalls, whether the environment of pharmacies and medicine shelves is clean and hygienic, whether there is the phenomenon of directly providing drugs to patients without diagnosis, etc., so as to comprehensively improve the safety of the use of drugs and medical devices.
The second is to strengthen the team to promote effectiveness, consolidate responsibilities and ensure the standardization of medical devices.
In order to further enhance the ability of the supervision team, Yingze Market Supervision and Management Institute actively sent cadres to participate in various drug and medical device training, standardize the construction of law enforcement teams, effectively maintain the image of law enforcement, strengthen the supervision of pharmacies in the jurisdiction, and standardize the business behavior of retail pharmacies. Up to now, 8 newly opened pharmacies have been randomly inspected, 5 have been rectified within a time limit, and 2 clues have been found.
