This season, from Shanghai NV to Guangzhou TT, Lin Yien shouldered the two important responsibilities of captain and conductor. Accidental injury, keep training

When he just got up from the ground, Lin Yien only felt that his right hand was numb, and he didn't expect that he had injured his bones.

Back in the early morning of April 5, the ground in Chengdu, which had just rained, was a little slippery. Wandering around the base, Lin Yien only looked down at his mobile phone and fell carelessly. The moment he fell, he subconsciously supported the ground with his hand. Back at base, he noticed that his right hand was swollen and painful. He felt bad, put on his clothes and went straight to the hospital.

The result of the examination was a fracture of the metacarpal bone of the right hand, and the initial treatment recommendation given by the doctor was to put on a splint and re-examine it half a month later. At that time, if the recovery is not good, surgery will be required.

"My first reaction was, it's over. After listening to the doctor's words, Lin Yien's heart cooled a lot. What's even more troublesome is that after taking the medicine, he also has allergies and blisters on the back of his hands. With only two weeks left in the regular season of the Spring Split, training and competition are the most critical moments. As the captain and conductor, he was worried that he would suddenly "drop the chain" and have a negative impact on the team.

According to the doctor's advice, Lin Yien was supposed to return to the hospital for a follow-up on April 19, but he was thinking about the breakout match on the evening of the 18th. After obtaining the doctor's consent, he went to the hospital for a follow-up examination on April 17. "If it's not very good, I'll definitely continue to listen to the doctor. The next day, Lin Yien, who did not give up, still went to the competition venue with the large army.

On April 18, the breakout match for the final week of the 2024PEL Spring regular season officially began. At the end of the first three maps, Guangzhou TT only scored 7 points, ranking 5th from the bottom among all participating teams. Seeing that the game was already halfway through, Lin Yien in the audience was a little anxious, and he asked the coach to fight many times.

Before the start of the last island map, Guangzhou TT made a substitution application, Lin Yien was on the list, and Jiang Jinhao (ID: Xiao Ming) was on the list.

In the spring transfer window, he left Shanghai NV, where he had been playing for a long time. There, he and Zhu Bocheng (ID: Paraboy) and other teammates lifted the championship trophy many times. There is no feast in the world that will not be dispersed. After a trial lap during the transfer period, Lin Yien and Guangzhou TT chose each other.

There, he also reunited with his mentor Li Yang (ID: Color), who now serves as the team's training director and led the Peace Elite National Training Team to a gold medal at the Hangzhou Asian Games.
