Combined with the recent frequent attacks by the United States on the China issue and the unwarranted creation of excuses to sanction Chinese companies, it cannot be ruled out that the EU's "raid" on the offices of Chinese companies is another latest manifestation of the collective "siege" of China by the West under the leadership of the United States.
Recently, some politicians in the United States have frequently hyped up the so-called "overcapacity" topic, especially in clean energy products, pointing directly at China's "new three" in the field of foreign trade, namely solar energy, electric vehicles and lithium batteries. In the eyes of the United States, a large part of the reason for the "overcapacity" of Chinese products is the so-called "government subsidies". And this is exactly the same reason why the EU "raided" Chinese companies. In addition, in the past two months, the EU has opened four related investigations under the framework of the Foreign Subsidies Regulation, all of which target Chinese companies, including solar energy, wind turbines and electric trains, all of which are related to China's new energy. These four investigations against Chinese enterprises can be regarded as four "challenge letters" to China. And this is obviously not a coincidence, that is, the EU intends to cooperate with the United States in the field of new energy to suppress and contain China.
If the United States enlists its allies and does everything possible to suppress China and curb China's development in the field of new energy, is it only China that will be affected in the end? The answer is obviously not. It is important to know that China's new energy industry is committed to providing high-quality products for the global response to climate change, and has certainly made positive contributions to the green transformation of countries around the world, including the European Union. The United States and Europe are suppressing in every possible way, and they are also unable to get along with themselves. And it will further discredit the United States and Europe in the international community. For a long time, the United States and Europe have often used the excuses of "climate change and environmental protection" to challenge other countries, hold high the banner of responding to climate change and advocating green cooperation, and try their best to portray themselves as "environmental guardians". The United States wants to protect and promote its own green industry, and then suppress China's green industry in every way, but the fact is that the clean technology industry in the United States is withering, and investors have begun to abandon the production of clean technology products in the United States.
