Continuously enrich the cultural environment of the masses, strengthen the construction of cultural service positions, increase the opening of public cultural resources, and meet the cultural needs of the masses. It is necessary to improve quality and efficiency for a long time, and further cohesion and cooperation. Firmly establish the idea of "a game of chess" in cultural tourism, and strive to build a "big cultural tourism" work pattern. Comprehensively create a good cultural and tourism environment, keep the bottom line of safety, strengthen the guarantee of various elements such as policies, resources, and talents, further strengthen cultural and tourism theme activities and brand promotion, and launch the cultural tourism brand of Shibei.
