On April 25, 2024, visitors wore a light shawl with a touchscreen to experience the "AI Dream" that Shanghai Tower had just launched.
Compared with the usual AR and VR experience devices, the device does not need to wear an eye patch, but only a light shawl that includes a touch screen.
The audience recorded their voices and faces to start the immersive experience.
Located on the 102nd and 106th floors of Shanghai Tower, the "AI Dream" project is the first artificial intelligence immersive experience project in China, integrating popular elements such as AI dialogue, scene interaction, and plot experience.
Before the start of the experience, the audience can choose the role they want to play and the tasks they want to perform, all of which have no closed answers, and can be freely defined and selected according to the audience's preferences, and the system will finally score each experiencer according to their choice and degree of completion.

In the interactive session, the experiencer can complete the exploration of the personal plot through voice and AI dialogue.

From the perspective of AI, the experiencer follows the protagonist AiAi, a super-intelligent digital lifeform, to perform tasks such as solving the energy crisis and protecting the environment, bringing the experiencer a sci-fi experience on the cloud, encouraging the experiencer to explore the topic of the intertwined symbiosis of human beings and artificial intelligence, and thinking about the true meaning of life.
Through the introduction of AI and other digital technologies, Shanghai Tower will promote the use of digital technology to transform and upgrade tourism consumption venues, create a new immersive experience space for smart tourism in China's tallest building, form a digital creative display, marketing, aggregation platform and "metaverse" application scenarios, and fully develop the operation space of vertical cultural and creative industries with the digital economy as the engine.
