A series of questions that are close to reality jump on the screen, and the contestants randomly select questions and answer them on the spot.
Five-minute preparation for drawing questions, five-minute on-site answering of exam questions, random selection of numbers, random selection of "incurable diseases" around the grass-roots construction and leading troops in the process of on-site Q&A. There are not only hot issues of current affairs, but also ideological blockages of officers and men.
Teaching competition to show style
The three-foot podium is full of gunsmoke, and the competition shows its magical powers. Grassroots political teachers flexibly used situational, case-based, and interactive teaching methods to give a down-to-earth quality class.
The contestants closely followed the theme, the focus of the strong army, and the news development point, quoted scriptures, analyzed things and reasoning, or were vivid and vivid, or impassioned.
Theoretical elucidation is now effective
A story is a love, a lesson is shared at a time. The political instructors used military language to explain and expound theoretical viewpoints and basic principles, and explained a series of high-quality micro-lessons that everyone can understand, remember, and use by giving examples, deducting hot spots, and quoting classics.
For the contestants, the results of the competition are important, but more importantly, they have exercised their abilities and broadened their thinking of leading troops.
