(3) Haste Boots

  • Heavy Hit Passive: Removed the original passive effect, and changed it to a basic attack behavior that deals 100~200+12% extra health physical damage to lanes and creeps, and restores 50% of the damage effect (half the health of ranged heroes), with a cooldown of 2.5 seconds.
  • Divine Power Passive: Removed the original passive effect, and changed it to a basic attack behavior that deals 50~100+6% extra health to enemy heroes with a physical damage (halved for ranged heroes) and a cooldown of 2.5 seconds.

While the damage of the Heavy Hit Passive has indeed been reduced, the proc chance has been increased from 15%~60% to 100%, and it is completely understandable that all the damage is appropriately reduced. The plan also added a recovery effect to the heavy damage passive of Ruilin's Fist Blade/Raging Dragon Sword and Shield, combined with the frequency of triggering once in 2.5 seconds, the tank hero will indeed be easier to use than before.

In addition, the Divine Power Passive of the Dragon Sword and Shield originally only took effect on heroes for 50% damage (100% for other units), but now it is only effective for heroes.

(5) Smelted Heart/Red Lotus Cloak

  • First, max health has been reduced by 200 points from 700 → 500.

Considering that the Heart of Smelting was originally only available to tanks, the adjustment of Karmic Flame's passive must be strengthened (and it is a big strengthening).

In addition, the planner also adjusted the duration of the Red Lotus Cloak, Blade of Sanctions, and Nightmare Fang's Critical Damage passives from 3 seconds → 2.5 seconds.   • Destiny Passive: Increases extra health by 10% → provides 8% extra health.
  • Revive Passive: The maximum health restored per second remains unchanged (still 0.5%), and the trigger condition is doubled from the original disengagement → doubled if no enemy hero or tower is attacked for three seconds.

The additional stats have been reduced, and the conditions for triggering the doubling have been reduced (you can continue to recover your HP when you are in the jungle or replenishing troops in the future), and I personally feel that this adjustment of the Overlord Reload is flat.

About the adjustment of heroes

After talking about the equipment, the next step is the adjustment of the heroes.
