April 2024 is the 36th National Patriotic Health Month, in order to vigorously carry forward the fine tradition of patriotic health and comprehensively improve the health literacy level of the masses, Liuquan Town actively organized a series of activities for the Patriotic Health Month.
Carry out health science popularization activities. On April 25, the patriotic health month publicity activity with the theme of "Healthy Town, Healthy Weight" was carried out in Anmen Village, and the staff at the event site set up health consultation desks, hung banners, distributed leaflets, and proposed letters to let the masses understand their waist circumference, abdominal circumference, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and other indicators, strengthen the awareness of weight management, and scientifically manage weight. The awareness of "everyone is the first person responsible for their own health" has further improved the health literacy and health level of the masses.
Carry out environmental sanitation renovation activities. Establish and improve the long-term mechanism of environmental sanitation management, combined with the actual work of creating sanitary townships, focusing on the governance of both sides of the main road, in front of the house and behind the house, in the river and ditch, and actively mobilize volunteers, grid members, public welfare posts, cleaners and other forces to participate, and combine manpower and machinery to carry out environmental sanitation cleaning, cleaning, and renovation, so as to comprehensively improve the living environment.
This activity greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the patriotic health campaign, and made more people aware of the importance of health care.
