Fourteen years of education is like a long novel with ups and downs, and every page records my perseverance, challenges and growth. Today, when I hold the certificate of senior teacher, those countless days and nights of hard work have finally borne fruit.
I remember when I first stepped into the education industry, I was still a young novice, full of curiosity and enthusiasm for teaching, but at the same time, it was accompanied by countless uneasiness and confusion. At that time, although I had a love for education, I was also afraid of unknown challenges. However, it is this persistent pursuit of education that makes me never choose to give up in the face of difficulties.
In the past 14 years, I have experienced countless trial lectures, reflections, and revisions of lesson plans. Every failure has helped me grow. I remember one public class, and although I was well prepared, I made a mistake because I was nervous.
