After the bid was opened on April 17 to determine the construction supervision unit, the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development immediately organized a construction technology disclosure meeting and a construction site promotion meeting, established a project command system, and arranged the deployment of project schedule, quality and safety, coordination mechanism and other related work. At present, the construction supervision unit has all entered the site, and the construction of 5 unpenetrated roads has been fully started.

The 5 roads all adopt the form of "two plates" section, and the road design section is sidewalk + non-motorized lane + roadway + central green separation belt + roadway + non-motorized lane + sidewalk. The main contents of the construction include roads, drainage, fire protection, lighting, communications, electricity, greening and traffic engineering.
Among them, the overall design scheme of road greening is as follows: the central green separation zone is dominated by characteristic native landscape trees and evergreen hedges, forming a rich layer; the greening within the red line is in principle consistent with the existing greening style of the road and is designed according to the sponge city standard; the greening within the green line adopts a simple covering mode, and perennial flowers and herbaceous plants that can be sown and propagated are planted.

Yuehe Road (Healthy West Street-Shengli West Street): The road grade is an urban trunk road, with a total length of 750 meters and a width of 50 meters on the red line of the road.
Yuanfei Road (Minzhu Street-Qingyuan Street): The road grade is an urban trunk road, with a total length of 1,280 meters, the red line of the road is 40 meters wide, and the green line is 54 meters wide.
Jixiang Street (Bohai Road-Zhiyuan Road): The road grade is an urban secondary trunk road, with a total length of 710 meters, the width of the red line of the road is 30 meters, and the width of the green line of the road is 50 meters.
