From April 21st to 23rd, the Party Group of the District Department of Culture and Tourism held a reading class for the Party discipline study and education of the theoretical learning center group. The reading class activity was presided over and delivered by Xiao Chuanjiang, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee and secretary of the Party Group of the Department of Culture and Tourism.
Jiang Hua, Shi Yuhui, Luo Renjie, Ji Yue, Liu Shizhong, Zhao Xingbang, Wu Xiaojun, Ji Ji and other comrades conducted exchanges and discussions around the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").
The meeting pointed out that the Department of Culture and Tourism should deeply understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on party discipline study and education, thoroughly study and implement the "Regulations" revised by the Party Central Committee in December 2023, and deeply study Secretary Wang Junzheng's speech in the party discipline study and education reading class of the district party committee's theoretical study center group.
The meeting emphasized that the holding of the reading class of the Party Group Theory Study Center Group of the District Department of Culture and Tourism is a specific measure to implement the important decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the District Party Committee, and is a prescribed action to carry out the study and education of Party discipline.
It is necessary to improve the position and deeply understand the importance of revising the "Regulations" under the new situation. This is an inevitable requirement for the whole party to deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments" and resolutely achieve the "two safeguards"; it is a concrete action to implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era; it is a practical requirement to adhere to the problem-oriented approach and use strict discipline to govern the party; it is a practical requirement to sum up the experience of comprehensively and strictly managing the party and realize that the system keeps pace with the times; and it is a fundamental guarantee for promoting long-term stability and high-quality development in Tibet.
It is necessary to highlight the key points and accurately grasp the connotation and essence of the newly revised "Regulations". It is necessary to give greater prominence to political discipline and political rules; to give greater prominence to all-round management and regular supervision; to give greater prominence to the organic unity of party spirit, party style, and party discipline; and to give greater prominence to the interpenetration of discipline enforcement and law enforcement.
It is necessary to do a good job in implementation and promote the in-depth development of the party's self-revolution with strict discipline.
