With the gradual rise of temperature, spring ploughing production, field outing and other activities are increasing, and forest fire prevention and extinguishing work has entered a critical period. Recently, our city has taken multiple measures to form five "firewalls" from the aspects of responsibility, propaganda and education, investigation, rectification, and duty, weaving a dense forest fire prevention "safety net", and building a solid forest fire prevention and extinguishing safety barrier.
Focus on high-level co-ordination and build a solid "responsibility" wall
Comprehensively establish a long-term mechanism for the end of the force and end of the effective work, 211 letters of commitment signed at all levels, with the forest chief system as the starting point, the establishment of 43 exclusive grids and 9 key "micro-grid real grids", to achieve regional fixing, grid designation, grid responsibility, and effectively the fire prevention responsibility layer by layer compacting, compacting the responsibility to the smallest work unit, and fully implementing the forest fire prevention measures of "covering the mountain, guarding the intersection, keeping an eye on the key points, signing the responsibility, and fighting early and small", so that the mountains are managed, the forests are protected, and the fire is guarded.
Focus on raising awareness and building a strong "mission" wall
Make full use of loudspeakers, dam meetings, broadcasts, banners, "knocking" actions and other ways to create a strong atmosphere of full participation, everyone knows the knowledge of fire prevention, and civilized sacrifices. Since 2024, 10,000 promotional environmental protection bags, 10,000 promotional aprons, 20,000 civilized sacrifice proposals, 30,000 warning case leaflets, 30,000 forest fire prevention "ten prohibitions" have been produced, more than 100,000 text messages and WeChat messages have been sent, and more than 400 banners have been hung.
Focus on the management of hidden dangers and build a solid "investigation" wall
Organize and carry out hidden danger investigation actions for power transmission and distribution lines in forest areas, investigate and patrol 295 kilometers of power lines, complete the rectification of 21 hidden dangers, and comprehensively clean up the flammable weeds and litter under the forests around forest areas, high-risk areas and key targets, and clean up more than 150 tons of combustibles under the forest of more than 2,000 acres in 31 high-risk areas.
Focus on fire source control and build a "remediation" wall
Seven fixed checkpoints have been set up for entering the mountains, 10 temporary checkpoints have been set up in key areas, real-name registration, sacrificial persuasion, publicity and education have been carried out for people entering the mountains and forests, and 184 people involved in key groups have been set up to be managed by special personnel.
Focus on fighting early and extinguishing small, and build a "duty" wall
Since entering the fire prevention period, we have made full use of new technologies and new means such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and high-point video surveillance, adopted the new model of "civil air defense + technical defense" to comprehensively increase the intensity of patrol and patrol;
