The event was guided by the Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the People's Government of Chongqing Nan'an District, and the China Chongqing Digital Economy Talent Market Management Committee, and hosted by the Chongqing Nan'an District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Office of the China Chongqing Digital Economy Talent Market Management Committee.
Focusing on the theme of "Chasing Dreams in New Chongqing, Realizing Dreams for a New Future - Life Guide, Let Dreams Dock", the event carried out the theme sharing of employment and entrepreneurship in Chongqing, allowing college graduates to communicate face-to-face with career counselors, entrepreneurship instructors, and enterprise leaders, as well as on-site job fairs and other activities, continuously broadening the employment channels for young people such as college graduates, and further supporting college graduates and other young people to stay in Chongqing for employment and entrepreneurship.
At the event, Wang Maochun introduced the geographical advantages, location advantages, industrial advantages and talent development environment advantages of Nan'an District, so as to solve the worries of young people such as college graduates who stay in Chongqing. He said that with the acceleration of technological iteration and industrial upgrading, a large number of new jobs and new occupations will accelerate the emergence of new jobs and occupations, and Nan'an District will provide more new options for employment and entrepreneurship and new development space for young people such as college graduates.
Long Xingyao, a student from Chongqing in the city, Shi Zhiyuan, a student from Chongqing outside the city, and Shen Yang, a young entrepreneur, shared their work and life in Nan'an District. The site also showed the key enterprises in Nan'an District, Chongqing Marmot Information Technology Co., Ltd. and China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. In addition, in view of the choices and confusions faced by college graduates such as employment or entrepreneurship, career counselors, entrepreneurship instructors, and representatives of key enterprise leaders answered questions for the senior graduates of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications from their own perspectives.
The event also held the unveiling of the Chongqing dual-carbon talent market and the opening of the South Bank Market of the Chongqing Digital Economy Talent Market, which will carry out a series of activities around the talent training of corresponding industries in Chongqing.
At the event, Li Yong introduced Chongqing's development prospects and employment and entrepreneurship policies to college graduates and other young people. He said that at present, Chongqing has established a complete employment policy system and service system to support college graduates and other young people to work and start businesses in Chongqing. This year, 6,000 job fairs will be held, providing 10,000 free entrepreneurial workplaces, hoping that Chongqing will become the first choice for college graduates and other young people to find employment and entrepreneurship in the western region, and a place to set sail for career development.
On the same day, the recruitment activity of "Gathering Talents and Building Dreams on the South Coast" and the roadshow of the digital economy project of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle were held simultaneously. The organizer organized 46 key enterprises related to the talent demand of the digital economy to participate in the conference, providing nearly 1,000 jobs. In the roadshow activities, outstanding projects in Chengdu and Chongqing were presented on the same stage, building a platform for experience sharing, information exchange, cooperation and co-creation for young entrepreneurs in Chengdu and Chongqing.
The docking service activity is one of the five major activities of Chongqing to carry out the employment and entrepreneurship action of millions of college graduates and other young people in Chongqing, which will be held regularly every Friday morning, with a total of 120 sessions.
