If the 2024 graduates fail to complete the corresponding application in September 2023 due to non-subjective factors, they can make an online supplementary declaration from May 1 to May 31, 2024 (overdue applications will not be accepted).
One
Subsidy recipients
The 2024 graduates of vocational education from colleges and universities (including private universities and independent colleges), secondary vocational schools, technical colleges and special education colleges who are willing to work and start a business and actively seek employment and entrepreneurship can apply if they meet one of the following conditions:
1. Urban and rural subsistence families;
2. Residual disease;
3. Have obtained national student loans (including student loans from the source of students);
4. Low-income rural households with registered cards (including low-income rural households with disabilities who have registered and registered cards);
5. Registered poor families (including registered poor disabled families);
6. Persons living in extreme poverty.
Graduates are only entitled to the subsidy in one of the above statuses.

Subsidy standard
The subsidy standard is a one-time 1,500 yuan/person.
Three
Declaration process
The subsidy for job hunting and entrepreneurship shall be declared online.
(1) Apply through the "Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Network Office Hall".
1. Log in to the website (https://rs.jshrss.jiangsu.gov.cn/index/) of the "Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security Network Office", click "Please log in" in the upper right corner, select "Personal Login", and choose one of the three login methods: (1) Use the "Jiangsu Wisdom Human Society" APP to scan and log in, (2) Log in with account and password, and (3) Log in with mobile phone dynamic code.
2. Select "Personal Service" - "Employment and Entrepreneurship" - "Employment Subsidy" - "Individual Application for Job Search and Entrepreneurship Subsidy".
(2) Apply through the "Jiangsu Smart Human Resources Society" APP
Register and log in to the "Jiangsu Smart Human Resources Society" APP, select "Service" - "Employment and Entrepreneurship" - "Employment Subsidy" - "Individual Application for Job Search and Entrepreneurship Subsidy".
Four
Documents required for declaration
1. Graduates from urban and rural subsistence families: a certificate of subsistence allowance issued by the civil affairs department at or above the county or district level (must include the graduate's name, ID number and other information).
2. Disabled graduates: Disability certificate (disabled military certificate).
3. Graduates who have obtained national student loans: the original student loan contract covering the graduation year or the year of applying for a loan.
4. Graduates of low-income rural households with registered cards: Relevant materials of low-income rural households with registered cards identified by the poverty alleviation department at the place of household registration and stamped with the official seal (must include the graduates' names, ID numbers and other information).
5. Graduates from poverty-stricken families who have registered for registration: Relevant materials for poverty-stricken families identified by the poverty alleviation department at the place of household registration and stamped with the official seal (must include the graduates' names, ID numbers and other information).
6. Graduates of Persons in Extreme Poverty: Certificate of Relief and Support for Persons in Extreme Poverty.
The relevant supporting documents should be valid for the academic year of graduation (from September 1, 2023).
