Xie Songtao and his entourage went deep into the Wansui Mountain Scenic Area for on-the-spot investigation, communicated face-to-face with the person in charge of the enterprise and the workers, and learned in detail about the current situation of labor and employment in the scenic spot in terms of labor contract signing, labor conditions, wage payment, working hour system, social insurance and welfare, etc., and learned that due to the recent explosion of the scenic spot, Wansui Mountain has signed a contract or cooperation agreement with a number of human resources, security and performing arts companies, and handed over all personnel and employment matters to professional companies.
The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Longting District has always maintained a strict supervision attitude towards the labor and employment situation in the jurisdiction, and requires enterprises in the jurisdiction to strictly abide by the national regulations on labor and employment, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers. At the same time, workers are encouraged to take the initiative to understand relevant laws and regulations and dare to defend their legitimate rights.
