Real Estate Development Enterprises:
In accordance with the requirements of the government's administrative normative document management, after research, it is decided to repeal the "Notice on Adjusting the Requirements for the Establishment of Construction Conditions for Real Estate Development Projects" (Changfang Zi [2011] No. 65). The repeal document shall cease to be implemented as of the date of issuance of this notice.
Notice is hereby given.
