Under what circumstances can an injured employee be transferred to another province for medical treatment?
If a person residing in a different place applies for medical treatment in another place, he or she shall fill in the "Work-related Injury Insurance Record Form for Residence (Medical Treatment) in a Different Place", and submit the following materials as required, and report to the handling agency in the place of insurance for the record, and after passing the examination, he or she can seek medical treatment at the agreement institution selected in the place of residence or work.
1. If the place of residence is the place of household registration, the relevant household registration certificate shall be provided;
2. If you do not reside in the place of household registration, provide the residence permit issued by the public security organ to which the residence belongs or the residence certificate issued by the village (neighborhood) committee of the place of residence;
3. If you work in a different place, submit the certificate of stationing issued by the unit.
The application for medical treatment in a different place shall take effect from the date of approval by the handling agency in the place of insurance. During the validity period, the medical treatment in the insured place shall not be blocked, but the cost of medical treatment (rehabilitation) and assistive devices shall not be incurred at the same time.
