In order to build a high-quality grassroots governance backbone team that can "be in charge, be in charge, and be a good family", on April 20, the inauguration ceremony of the Xujiahui Street Community Governance School in Xuhui District and the "troika" led by the party building to promote the standardization construction project of the business committee were officially launched.
At the ceremony, the project of "'Tongxingye and Hui Leader' Party Building Leads the 'Troika' to Coordinate the Standardization of the Industry Committee" was officially launched. Xujiahui Street will rely on the governance ability of the expert team of universities and social organizations, focus on the core tasks of the business committee, and solve the governance problems of the business committee through systematic research, case analysis, expert empowerment, secretary teaching, on-site teaching and other ways, and jointly explore a new path to promote the standardized operation of the business committee.
A salon activity with the theme of "Party Building Leads the 'Troika' to Coordinate and Promote the Standardized Construction of the Industry Committee" was also held at the scene. Representatives from the street housing management department, residential areas, property committees, property management and experts and scholars gathered together to discuss in depth the difficulties and needs in the daily management of the property committee, how party building can play a leading role, and the relationship between property management and services, and shared valuable insights and experiences.
At the end of the meeting, Xujiahui Sub-district issued a letter of appointment to the distinguished experts and signed an empowerment pairing agreement with representatives of residential areas. At the same time, the Street Foundation has also set up a special fund and accepted donations, providing a strong guarantee for promoting grassroots governance and the standardization of business committees. The implementation of this series of measures will inject new vitality into the grassroots governance of Xujiahui Street and promote the modernization of the community governance system and governance capacity to a new level.
