Ji Qianqian, deputy head of the district, was invited to attend the meeting and reported the transportation planning and construction management of the whole region since the "14th Five-Year Plan" from four aspects: urban planning overview, traffic work development, existing problems and difficulties, and work plans for the next stage.
Focusing on the theme, the CPPCC members made suggestions and suggestions from the aspects of transportation planning, smart transportation, and the construction of transportation facilities in Jiading New Town. It is recommended to further plan the layout of public transportation facilities and optimize the function of intelligent bus electronic stop signs, and further promote the implementation of intelligent transportation physical scenarios. Chen Jing, a member of the CPPCC District, said that in terms of optimizing the function of intelligent bus electronic stop signs, it is recommended to improve the layout of urban stations at the same time, increase the installation of bus shelters and pole electronic stop signs in rural areas, and comprehensively improve the coverage of the installation of electronic bus stop signs in the district. At the same time, it is suggested that the electronic stop board of the intelligent bus integrates more interactive functions, and realizes the real-time broadcast of traffic news, weather forecasts, road condition information and other content through digital operation and maintenance, so as to provide passengers with richer information services.
Jin Jun, a member of the CPPCC District, said that at present, Jiading is an auxiliary transportation planning function centered on the urban area, and it is suggested that in the future, Jiading New City will be the core, and the downtown area and other suburbs such as Baoshan, Minhang and Qingpu will be directly connected through the elevated ring road network, as well as Kunshan, Taicang and other regions in Jiangsu, so as to give full play to the radiation role of the Yangtze River Delta integrated transportation node city.
According to reports, in recent years, Jiading's transportation planning and construction management work has been steady, the planning and layout of road network, public transportation, passenger transport, and rivers have been continuously optimized, major projects such as national railways, highways, and internal roads have been promoted in an orderly manner, and the management service level of congested roads, rural roads, and parking spaces has been continuously improved. In particular, there are frequent highlights in Jiading New Town's smart transportation leadership, helping Hongqiao International Open Hub to build, and strengthening the interconnection of the Yangtze River Delta integrated system, and taking the lead in compiling and promulgating the "Jiading Standard" for smart transportation.
In the next stage, Jiading will further play a leading role in transportation planning, and seek a detailed regional large-volume rail transit network in order to continuously improve the rail coverage of Jiading's important development axes and key development areas. At the same time, it will promote the implementation of transportation construction projects, improve the quality and efficiency of public transportation services, and continue to improve the level of traffic management services.
