After completing the sketch, click on the feature, select the extruded protrusion, and stretch the just drawn sketch to a depth of 2mm. After completing the stretching, fillet it with a fillet parameter of 0.5mm. Then perform a scan and scan the lines into columns. Scan with a diameter of 5mm, complete the scan, then set the reference surface as shown in the figure below, and sketch on this reference surface. After drawing, it is shown in the figure below. Then click on the lofting boss and use the two lines from the just drawn sketch as guide lines for the lofting.
