Our school excavates and adjusts the content of large recess activities, optimizes sports venues, breaks the constraints of insufficient venue space, and carries out the whole and grade-based activities with safety and orderliness and everyone's participation as the guarantee, including rhythmic gymnastics, running exercises, fun collective rope skipping, sit-ups, primary three-way long boxing, five-step boxing, rope skipping, "Chinese Youth" dance, etc., which fully shows the sunny, high-spirited and enthusiastic spirit of our students.
Facing the bright sunshine, the big recess activities began with the bell of the end of class. Accompanied by the beautiful melody of "Athletes' March", the students wore school uniforms and walked neatly, and each class teacher led the students of the class to enter in two columns in an orderly manner.
As the rhythmic gymnastics music sounded, the students stretched out their arms, jumped, high-fived, and twisted to the beat...... The movements are uniform, rhythmic, and energetic, showing the power of youth.
The dust of Guanshan was not washed at the beginning, and the horses were whipped and worked hard. Next is the running exercise, the students lined up in a compact line, walked neatly, with full spirit, and flowed with youthful sweat on this red runway, interpreting the most real charm of sports!
Next, it was time for the grade-level activities, the content of the sixth grade was to skip rope in groups, and under the swing of the long skipping ropes, the children worked together and tacitly cooperated, showing the spirit of teamwork.
Look! The seventh-grade students are racing against time on the small gymnastics mat, engrossed in sit-ups, working in pairs, cooperating with each other, cheering each other on, reflecting the spirit of hard work and the deep friendship between classmates.
......The eighth-grade students are showing the primary three-way long boxing and five-step boxing, the movements are stretched and generous, strong and powerful, rigid and soft, standing fists, high-fives, big leaps, horse steps, and elbows, which reflect the beauty of martial arts, not only promote the national culture, but also enhance the patriotic spirit of students.
With the flag as the sword, showing the pride of the youth, the ninth-grade students held the small red flag, all of them were full of energy, neat and orderly, full of energy, and magnificent. The faces of the students were full of enthusiasm and energy.
With the assembly order, the students of each class returned the equipment first, and then lined up in place to walk into the playground with neat steps.
