On April 23, the city held a regular meeting on primary health work in April 2024 and a 6S management training meeting for primary medical and health institutions. The regular meeting was held in the form of a visit to Feicheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and more than 80 people attended the meeting.
The participants visited the 6S management of the guidance desk, laboratory department, general pharmacy, emergency department, emergency department, warehouse, CT room, ward and other departments of Feicheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. During the observation process, the participants actively discussed and exchanged views, experiences and methods, and expressed that they would learn from the advanced management experience of the Chinese medicine hospital, learn from each other's strengths, and promote the 6S management of the unit to a new level.
Comrade Li Zhuohua, vice president of the Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, shared the 6S creation process and experience of the hospital, helped the city's primary medical and health institutions to avoid detours in the creation process, and boosted the homogeneous development of 6S management of the city's primary medical and health institutions.
After the experience sharing, the regular meeting of the city's primary health work was held to convey the spirit of the Tai'an primary health work conference, arrange and deploy the city's recent key work of primary health, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the current problems and the next step. The meeting required that all units should improve their ideological understanding, fully recognize the importance of 6S management and construction of primary medical and health institutions, and gradually achieve the multiple effects of strengthening the connotation construction, improving the diagnosis and treatment environment, optimizing the service process, improving the service ability and improving the satisfaction of the masses by focusing on sorting, rectification, cleaning, standardization, literacy, safety and other aspects. At the same time, the meeting required all units to clarify the key tasks of the annual grassroots level, pay attention to the effectiveness of services, provide better medical and health services for the masses, better meet the health needs of the masses, and realize the sustainable development of health services.
