On April 22, Zhang Wei, secretary of the Changning District Party Committee, went deep into the grassroots level in the way of "four noes and two straights" and led a team to carry out special inspections on production safety. Zhang Wei pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to safety and stability as the bottom line, and effectively transform the sense of responsibility of "always rest assured" into the action force of "having a bottom in everything", and implement all aspects of safety production.
Combined with the recent requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on production safety, the district leaders inspected a number of hotels, decoration projects, land reserve projects, etc. in the district for the first time, inspected the standardized operation, internal and external environment, fire protection facilities, etc. of each place, and learned in detail about the daily management system, emergency plan, and relevant licenses. During the inspection, Zhang Wei also inspected the parking management and fire safety of electric bicycles in relevant communities.
Zhang Wei demanded that all departments and towns should always tighten the string of safety production, focus on the key points, implement responsibilities, adhere to the awareness of "hidden dangers are accidents", combine the three-year action of safety production and the safety management of electric bicycles, etc., coordinate professional forces, pay close attention to housing structure safety, fire safety, business safety, etc., comprehensively carry out special inspections, strengthen preventive measures, resolutely eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers of safety problems, and keep the bottom line of urban operation safety.
