1. Fees and investment requirements for booths in the cool area

1. Single booth venue, tent rental fee, signboard production fee, water and electricity fee, garbage cleaning and disposal fee, site duty fee, etc.: 5,000 yuan.

A one-time performance bond of 3,000 yuan per household must be paid, and there has not been a food safety accident, complaints, cashier is not included, etc., and the performance bond will be returned by our company within 5 working days after the expiration of the contract without interest.

2. Venue rental fee, tent, signboard, water and electricity fee, garbage cleaning and disposal fee, site duty fee, etc.: 10,000 yuan.

A one-time performance bond of 6,000 yuan per household must be paid, and there has not been a food safety accident, complaints, cashier is not in the system, etc., and the performance bond will be returned by our company within 5 working days after the expiration of the contract without interest.

3. Management fee: 2% management fee will be charged according to the turnover (including site security, sanitation, facility maintenance, etc.).

(3) Operation and service

1. Implement "four unifications" and "seven musts" for all settled merchants.

"Four unifications": our company will provide tents and signboards, aprons, hats and masks, and set up garbage cans; The unified use of the cash register system to achieve clear price marking, to put an end to the "sky-high price" to make up for the cool.

Merchants must achieve "seven musts": First, the rainproof cloth around the tent must be customized with our company's unified rainproof cloth with lead mountain culture. Second, the enclosure of the dish display table must be customized according to our requirements. Third, the dish display basin must use 304 and above food-grade stainless steel basin and install a dust cover. Fourth, merchants must wear aprons, masks and hats customized by our company. Fifth, traders must ensure the quality and hygiene of the dishes. Sixth, merchants must do a good job in the hygiene and electricity safety of the stalls. Seventh, merchants must cooperate with the implementation of our relevant business management system.

2. Rewards

(1) If the total turnover of Qingbuliang merchants reaches more than 500,000 yuan (inclusive), our company will give a 1.2% reward, and enjoy the right to directly select booths in the coming year.

(2) If the total turnover of Qingbuliang merchants reaches more than 300,000 yuan (inclusive) to less than 500,000 yuan, our company will give a 1% reward, and enjoy the priority right to be shortlisted in the coming year.

(3) Other incentives will be notified separately.

(4) Registration instructions

1. Applicant's qualifications and materials to be provided

(1) The operators who participate in the registration and apply for Qingbuliang District are limited to residents or migrant workers in the county (who have applied for a residence permit and temporarily lived in our county for more than 6 months).

(2) Applicants who intend to participate and meet the above requirements must register successfully before participating in the lottery, when registering, applicants should provide the following registration materials, and those who do not provide registration materials or incomplete registration materials will not be registered:

(1) The original ID card, the original health certificate, the corresponding identification materials and the original, and the migrant workers must hold the residence certificate issued by the county public security department;

(2) Letter of commitment for booth application (see attachment for details);

(3) Registration deposit transfer voucher (subject to actual arrival);

(4) Those who have been engaged in the catering industry for more than three years have the priority to be shortlisted (the original chef certificate of the applicant or the original business license of the catering industry for which the applicant is a legal person must be provided).

(3) After successful registration, you will receive the registration receipt.

2. Time and place of registration

3. Registration deposit

(1) Merchants who participate in the registration of double booths need to pay a deposit of 16,000 yuan. Merchants participating in single-booth registration are required to pay a deposit of 8,000 yuan. Applicants can register for both dual and single booths at the same time. If you do not win the lottery, the deposit will be refunded without interest within 5 working days.

(2) The applicant merchant shall pay the deposit to the following designated account before registration, and the transfer shall be subject to the actual arrival.

(4) After winning the lottery, the merchant needs to provide a copy of the ID card with the name of the signboard (such as XX Qingbuliang), the CCB personal bank card number, the number of tables required (so as to make a unified cashier code), mobile phone number, etc.

(5) If you need to withdraw from the venue for special reasons, you can apply for withdrawal from the venue after 15 calendar days of normal business, and the venue must be returned to the corresponding catering company. All fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, otherwise the fees will not be refunded. Merchants are not allowed to sublease without authorization, otherwise they will be disqualified from operating and the fees and performance bonds paid will not be refunded.

4. Disclose the lottery time and method

(1) Lottery time: 9:00 a.m. on April 27, 2024.

(2) Lottery location: the third floor of the Leadshan County Urban Administration.

(3) Round division: The winning merchants of the double booth will be randomly selected first, and then the winning merchants of the single booth will be randomly selected.

(4) Fulfill the commitment in 2023: The top 20 merchants in turnover will be given priority to be shortlisted for the lottery, and registered merchants with a turnover of more than 300,000 yuan will be given priority to directly select booths in the odd and even planning area.

(5) Specific rules: All booths have been numbered (see attached map for details). Booth applicants can register on-site with the registration receipt and their ID cards to participate in the lottery in rounds. In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the lottery process, a double random lottery method is adopted, and the lottery number is randomly selected from the on-site sign-in sequence to generate the lottery number, and then the winning merchant is randomly selected from the booth number.

The lottery is divided into two rounds, and the second round of lottery will be carried out after all the lottery procedures of the first round are completed. Merchants who sign up for both double booths and single booths are not allowed to continue to participate in the single-booth lottery after winning the double booth, and those who do not win the lottery can continue to participate in the single-booth lottery.

(6) Lottery procedure:

(1) Check the relevant materials of all applicants, and applicants who do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to participate in the lottery activities.

(2) According to the number of qualified applicants, the corresponding number of number balls will be put into the lottery machine, and the lottery number will be randomly selected by the applicant's on-site sign-in number, such as: Zhang XX on-site sign-in number is No. 5, the fifth falling number of the number ball is 6, then the lottery number of Zhang XX is No. 6.

(3) If the number of qualified applicants does not exceed the number of booths, all applicants will be shortlisted for booth candidates; When the number of qualified applicants is greater than the number of booths, applicants whose lottery number is greater than the booth number will not participate in the lottery of the winning merchants.

(4) According to the booth numbered in the floor plan, the winning merchants will be selected in turn, and the applicant corresponding to the first number ball randomly drawn in turn will be determined as the winning merchant of the booth. First, the winning merchant of booth 1 will be drawn, and the applicant with the lottery number corresponding to the first dropped number ball will be the winning merchant of booth 1, and then the applicant with the lottery number corresponding to the first falling number ball will be the winning merchant of booth 2, and so on.

(5) The drawn balls will not be re-put into the lottery machine, and the remaining balls will continue to be drawn randomly until all booths or number balls are drawn.

(6) Announce the winning merchants of each booth, and the winning merchants sign to confirm the winning results.

(7) Announce the end of the lottery.

(8) The lottery results will be publicized for 2 days, and if there are no complaints and objections to the lottery results during the publicity period, a notice of winning the lottery will be issued to the winning merchants after the expiration of the publicity period.

(9) Each winning merchant shall sign the "Booth Rental Contract of Qingbuliang District, Leadshan County" with Shangrao Wisdom Planning Co., Ltd. within 3 days, otherwise it will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and the deposit will not be refunded.

(10) When the lottery is public, the supervisors of the county urban management bureau shall participate in the whole process of supervision.

(5) Management methods

1. On May 10, 2024, Qingbuliang Food and Culture City in the east of Leadshan County will officially open for business.

2. Qingbu Liang District adopts a unified cashier model, and the general cashier account is set up by Shangrao Wisdom Planning Co., Ltd., and the merchants in Qingbu Liang District are bound to calculate the turnover of each operator, and return to the merchants after deducting 2% of the management fee of the turnover every Sunday. Operators must use the company's designated POS special cash register system (hereinafter referred to as the POS system), Shangrao City Wisdom Planning Co., Ltd. will make a unified cash register code for the settled merchants, and punish those who do not use the POS system in accordance with the provisions in accordance with the "Shangrao City Wisdom Planning Co., Ltd. 3. 4. Merchants in Qingbu Cool District shall not use high-power playback tools such as loudspeakers and stereos to sell, causing noise and disturbing the people.

5. Merchants in Qingbu Liang District are strictly prohibited from using high-power electrical appliances during the operation period, and the total power of electricity shall not exceed 800W. It is not allowed to operate barbecue and stir-fry. Those who need to use gas canisters for business purposes must bring back the gas canisters when closing the stalls and are not allowed to leave them at the stalls.

6. Merchants in Qingbuliang District must operate within the scope of the demarcated stalls, and shall not occupy pedestrian passages at will, shall not confuse operations, shall not move business stalls without authorization, expand business area, forcibly occupy other people's stalls, and shall not transfer, lease or lend stalls without authorization. 7. For merchants who occupy pedestrian passages without authorization, move business booths or expand business areas without authorization, transfer, lease, lend, make noise and disturb the people without authorization, deliberately destroy municipal public facilities and greening, litter, and do not do a good job in protecting the pavement of stalls as required, refuse to obey management, and still do not rectify more than three times, in addition to being punished in accordance with laws and regulations, the "Booth Rental Contract in Qingbuliang District, Leadshan County" will be terminated Shangrao Wisdom Planning Co., Ltd. does not assume any legal responsibility, and will be blacklisted, and it will be prohibited from participating in Qingbuliang registration and lottery activities for three years.

2. Booth fees and investment requirements for cultural and creative blocks

(1) Charging standards

The service fee of the cultural and creative street is 800 yuan/month per month (200 yuan/month for the disabled self-employed). If the merchant needs to refund the stall due to special reasons, the stall can only be refunded due to the application to our company in advance, otherwise the deposit will not be returned.

(2) Business projects and requirements

1. Business projects: sales of traditional characteristic products, creative snacks, cultural and artistic products, Internet celebrity products, and handmade creative products.

2. Business requirements:

(1) When registering, you need to explain the content of the business project, and sign the business project commitment letter after being reviewed and approved by our company.

(2) Do not deal in fried, barbecued and other products that produce oil smoke pollution.

(3) Merchants must do a good job of "three guarantees in front of the door" to ensure environmental hygiene in the business premises.

(4) Merchants must strictly implement our management system related to cultural and creative streets.

(5) Holders of disability certificates must register independently and check the original disability certificates.
