This kind of project is mainly an old industrial site, which brings together the collective memory of Kunming, carries the footprint of Kunming's industrial development, and also shows the unique charm of industrial culture.
In recent years, Xishan District has continued to build a development model of "industry + tourism", continuously expanded new tourism formats and new scenarios, deeply excavated the value of industrial tourism resources, deepened the integration of culture and tourism, and made continuous efforts in the mining of industrial resources and business models, and creatively developed industrial tourism products and experiential consumption.
The nourishment of cultural creativity has made these old industrial sites "grow against age", and industrial tourism consumption has become a new hot spot for cultural and tourism consumption. Accustomed to seeing the neon flashing modern buildings, the flavor and heritage left by the traditional industrial sites have attracted more people who are willing to explore the history, with high commercial value and huge development space.
Today, the first phase of the comprehensive cultural tourism project of the factory building is updated: the commercial project of Jinze Industrial Co., Ltd., the cultural tourism and cultural products project of Huadian Kunming Power Plant, and the cultural relics activation and utilization project of the first factory of the Central Electrical Equipment Factory.

Project status
The project is located at No. 1426 Chunyu Road, with a total land area of about 230 acres, formerly known as Yunnan Printing and Dyeing Factory, founded in 1953, was originally a state-owned large second-class enterprise, and after restructuring and industrial structure adjustment, it is an environmental protection high-tech enterprise.
Investment resources
The project covers an area of more than 200 acres, with buildings of more than 70,000 square meters and 10,000 square meters of vacant pavement.

There are many main roads around the plot, there are Chunyu Road in the west, Caohai Tunnel and South Third Ring Road to the north, Biji Road and Hangrui Expressway to the east, and South Ring Expressway and Gaohai Expressway to the south. Project status
The project is located at No. 615 Chunyu Road, which was built in 1956 with the aid of the former Czechoslovak Republic and officially closed down in 2008. The existing land area is 283.32 acres, with more than 80 buildings and a total construction area of about 60,000 square meters. There are more than 30 structures in the project plot, mainly including transmission trestles, pedestrian bridges, coal bunkers, concentration pools, pools, chimneys, ditches, fences, etc., which belong to the revitalization and utilization of the company's stock land.
Investment resources
The project plans to develop an area of 112 acres, of which the area of the retained building part is about 48,400 square meters after renovation and transformation, and the construction area of the new cultural and creative commercial area is about 24,300 square meters. The scope of project land and planning indicators approved by the final planning approval shall prevail.

Project status
The former site of the project is located at No. 615 Chunyu Road, Majie Street. The factory is one of the branches of the Central Electrical Equipment Factory, a large-scale factory founded by the Resources Committee of the National Government during the Republic of China. On October 7, 2019, the former site of the first factory of the Central Electrical Equipment Factory was announced by the State Council as the eighth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. The former site of the first factory of the Central Electrical Equipment Factory plans to fully present the former style of the cradle of China's cable industry through activation and utilization, and use the effect of China's first cable manufacturing site to build a research base; Use the existing building to create a cultural place integrating visiting, leisure and entertainment.

The construction area of the workshop of the project is 4,866 square meters, and the construction area of the stacking room is 1,833.5 square meters. The activation and utilization of the old site of the first factory of the Central Electrical Equipment Factory must be implemented in strict accordance with the preparation of the "Protection Plan for the Old Site of the First Plant of the Central Electrical Equipment Factory", which has been submitted to the State Administration of Cultural Heritage for approval.
