The humanistic measurement of Beautiful China, the rule of law and norms, courtesy, righteousness and honesty, credit trust, personal dignity, responsibility, cultural characteristics and historical inheritance are sufficient conditions for the construction of Beautiful China.

"Beautiful Chinese" is the source of power and fundamental guarantee for the construction of a beautiful China, and an indispensable and sufficient condition for the construction of a beautiful China. The humanistic measurement of Beautiful China, which has the attributes of guaranteeing norms, is not only a Chinese plan that constitutes a beautiful world, but also an accumulation of wisdom that can be replicated and promoted.

In accordance with the country's strategic deployment and overall arrangement, the construction practice and measurement norms of Beautiful China are progressing in an orderly manner and have achieved remarkable results.

The forest coverage rate has increased steadily, the ecosystem function has been continuously improved, the effect of biodiversity conservation has been highlighted, the number of good weather days has been increasing, the water quality and environment have been continuously improved, the energy structure has been optimized and adjusted, the carbon emission intensity has been effectively controlled, the investment in infrastructure has increased, artificial intelligence has been widely used, and the total ecosystem value has been accurately measured by authoritative institutions...... These natural, environmental, ecological and economic achievements are visible achievements in the construction of a beautiful China. However, these measures are not sufficient to promote the improvement of the level of Beautiful China construction and then form a replicable international promotion model.

In scientific terms, these measures are state variables, not control variables. We also need to focus on the dynamics that cause state change. This dynamic factor is the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. Fundamentally, man is a member of nature. The construction of a beautiful China must incorporate the measurement and characterization of "beautiful Chinese". "Beautiful Chinese" is the source of power and fundamental guarantee for the construction of a beautiful China, and an indispensable and sufficient condition for the construction of a beautiful China.

The basic principles of Beautiful China require: respect for nature, conform to nature, and live in harmony with nature. From a shallow point of view, we are required to follow the way of heaven, follow the laws of nature, protect the environment, love nature, and enjoy the world of blue sky, green water, pure birds, and flowers. From a deeper perspective, human respect and compliance with nature are for the survival and development of human beings and share a sustainable future with nature. The relationship between man and nature is that human beings occupy the position of the subject, and nature occupies the position of the object. These are the reasons why we are building a beautiful China.

Therefore, behind the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, as a person with subjective initiative, he has priority and needs to be respected and complied with. For example, in urban communities, humans are not allowed to freely enter and exit poisonous snakes and beasts that threaten human safety, and even domesticated pet dogs need to be restrained by dog leashes to avoid injuring human individuals. In addition, it is also where the economic interests of humanity lie. For example, wild animals are not allowed to roam the farmland where food is produced.

Nature's respect for human priorities is subordinate and passive. This requires that human beings must have constraints and norms on their own priorities, and that they should be used in moderation and in moderation. Of course, human beings also need to respect and protect the basic rights and interests of domesticated and farmed animals and plants as objects, and cannot abuse or exploit them.

If a person with a subjective active position, whether an individual or a group, is not respected by other individuals or groups, deprived of his interests, and threatened to his or her survival, there will be disharmony within human society. As a result, it is obviously difficult to ensure the harmony between man and nature. In fact, it is equally difficult for individuals and groups in society to disrespect others and to treat other members of society with no respect for other species in the community of life and the environment in which they live.

It is important to emphasize that disrespect for others and nature is actually a sign of a lack of self-esteem. When the weak and vulnerable groups in society are not respected, they may also turn the unreasonable and ruthless of the society's strong to the more vulnerable nature, and then pollute the environment, destroy the ecology and endanger biodiversity. Therefore, an effective market does not mean that a strong power can harm the interests of others and society in the name of the market, nor does a promising government mean that it ignores or even affects people's livelihood under the slogan of ecological environment.

For example, the construction of beautiful cities, the prohibition of street stalls, and the strong enforcement of the law by urban management are indeed effective in improving the urban environment, but they have also caused many tragedies. Traveling merchants and hawkers, in fact, are a vulnerable group in society, in order to make a living, they also meet part of the social needs, and they need to have a way out and security. "Civilized law enforcement" alone is not enough, it is necessary to respect and comply with the needs of people's livelihood. Another example is the construction of beautiful villages, which prohibits farmers from burning straw in order to protect the environment. However, the traditional way of farmers for thousands of years has been forcibly terminated, and there must be a new way out of the straw disposal, and it must not make the farmers have an unbearable burden. Social harmony under the goal of Beautiful China is not about security at any cost, but more about social trust, social security and the rule of law.

The rich culture and history of inheritance are also the characteristic labels of Beautiful China. The nostalgia of the homeland is not only the mountains that can be seen, the water that can be seen, but also the birds and animals, flowers, grasses, fish and insects in memory. The simple folk customs, the local people's feelings, and even the mouth-watering hometown delicacies, the stories passed down from generation to generation, and the timeless historical relics are all the humanistic labels of beautiful China.

These are integrated with nature, highlighting the personalized, characteristic and diverse local cultural picture of geographical indications, and also achieving the cultural symbols and historical heritage of beautiful China. For the cultural heritage that has not yet been inscribed on the intangible cultural heritage and has local characteristics, it is not only necessary to respect, but also to protect and pass it on, rather than destroying it at will, sealing it and prohibiting it.

The construction of new countryside, urban planning and urban renewal are also important contents of the construction of a beautiful China. In the same way, these concrete actions need to be developed in harmony with nature, and they need to stand the test of time. Therefore, it is necessary to highlight local characteristics, adapt measures to local conditions, and avoid uniformity and uniformity in the process of building beautiful villages. After all, giving Beautiful China more humanistic characteristics is not only for the memory of history and the traces of contemporary times, but also a powerful proof of the continuous progress of human civilization.

In short, having a clear and relatively rigid physical quantitative measurement is an objective standard and necessary condition for the construction of a beautiful China. The humanistic measurement of Beautiful China, the rule of law and norms, courtesy, righteousness and honesty, credit trust, personal dignity, responsibility, cultural characteristics and historical inheritance are sufficient conditions for the construction of Beautiful China. The humanistic measurement of Beautiful China, which has the attributes of guaranteeing norms, is not only a Chinese plan that constitutes a beautiful world, but also an accumulation of wisdom that can be replicated and promoted.
