The Jinan Urban and Rural Water Affairs Bureau plans to carry out the construction of rain and sewage diversion pipelines on Jianguo Xiaojing 3rd Road (Weiyi Road to Shengli Street, Weier Road to Weiwu Road) from 0:00 on April 28, 2024. In order to ensure the safety, orderliness and smoothness of road traffic during the construction period, the traffic organization plan during the construction period is now announced.

The planned start date is April 28, 2024, and the planned completion date is July 22, 2024, with a construction period of 85 days.
2. Transportation organization during construction
(1) Jianguo Xiaojing 3rd Road (Weiyi Road to Shengli Street)
The construction mode of night phased division of labor is adopted, and the whole is divided into two construction sections from east to west, and each construction section is constructed in stages.
1. Section 1 [Jianguo Xiaojing 3rd Road (Shengli Avenue - Fuxing Street)]
(1) Phase I
During the construction of the northern half of the sewage pipeline, the non-isolated guardrail of the northern half of the machine will be cancelled during the construction, and the 2.2m wide non-motorized lane and 0.8m wide sidewalk of the northern half will be fixed, and the remaining motorway width will be 6.5m and the southern half of the non-motorized lane will be 1.5m.

(2) Phase II
The central rainwater pipe of the construction road, during the construction period, all the isolation guardrails on the road are canceled, the 3m wide motorway in the middle of the road section is fixed, and the non-motorized lanes in the north and south halves are canceled, and the remaining motorway width is 7.2m.

(3) The third stage
During the construction of the southern half of the sewage pipeline, the non-isolated guardrail of the southern half of the machine will be cancelled during the construction, and the 2.2m wide non-motorized lane and part of the motorized lane in the southern half will be fixed, as well as the 0.8m wide sidewalk, and the remaining motorway width will be 5.8m, and the northern half of the non-motorized lane will be 2.2m.

2. Section 2 [Jianguo Xiaojing 3rd Road (Fuxing Street-Weiyi Road)]
(1) Phase I

3. Detour plan
During the construction period, it can be diverted or detoured through roads such as Jingqi Road, Jingba Road, Jingshi Road, Wei 2 Road, and Wei Yi Road.
Vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from entering the construction site during construction; At that time, traffic diversion signs will be set up along the construction section, please pay attention to the on-site traffic signs for passing vehicles and pedestrians, follow the signs to pass, and pay attention to safety, strengthen wait-and-see, and pass slowly. Please actively cooperate with the majority of motor vehicles, non-motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians and obey the command of the on-site management personnel.
