Lixiang Town of Liyang High-tech Zone takes new energy vehicle power batteries as the leading industry, and has gathered more than 100 enterprises up and down the industrial chain to build a complete industrial chain layout. In order to meet the growing charging demand in the park, recently, the Lixiang Town Optical Storage, Charging and Inspection Integrated Intelligent Charging Station built by Liyang High-tech Zone Holding Group has been completed for trial.

The charging station is located in the ground parking lot of Lixiang Plaza, covering an area of about 770 square meters, with a total of 20 charging spaces. The technical support of the station is from the enterprises in the high-tech zone: the installed photovoltaic capacity of the carport in the station is 61.6kWp, the photovoltaic modules are from Shichuang Energy, and the energy storage configuration is 630kW/412kWh and 630kW/618kWh high-efficiency liquid-cooled energy storage systems, with a total capacity of 1260kW/ The 1033kWh battery cells are partially from Jiangsu Times, and the integration is supported by its joint venture company Times Nebula, and the charging pile part is equipped with 20 180kW high-power fast charging piles, which are supported by Huapeng Intelligent Instrument.

With the rapid growth of charging demand, high-power fast charging will have an impact on the distribution network, and the station system can control/distribute the charging power in real time, and improve its power consumption stability through the core energy storage system. At the same time, in terms of economy, the combination of energy storage can not only store photovoltaic electricity, smooth its power generation, improve the photovoltaic consumption rate, but also store valley electricity, and carry out peak-to-valley arbitrage through valley charging and peak discharge, providing more high-quality and low-cost charging services.

Different from the general optical storage and charging inspection station, the charging station adopts the technical route of full DC bus coupling, with the 1000V DC bus as the core, and mounts photovoltaic, energy storage, charging piles and other equipment, which not only improves the overall transmission efficiency of electric energy, reduces losses, but also optimizes the configuration of electric energy more flexibly to achieve efficient and stable output of charging piles. Through DC-side integration, the station only needs a small power supply capacity to meet the maximum power output of the charging pile, and compared with the traditional charging station, the power access part of the station can save up to 65% of capacity.

In the future, Liyang High-tech Zone will take the "Lithium Town Optical Storage, Charging and Inspection Integrated Charging Station" as an opportunity to join hands with the enterprises in the park to integrate the advantageous resources of the industrial chain, promote the construction of a new power system, and accelerate the construction of multiple application scenarios such as distributed photovoltaic + energy storage, zero-carbon industrial parks, and green and low-carbon data centers, so as to achieve a win-win situation for enterprise development and regional development, and contribute more high-tech strength to Liyang to build a green rising quality city in southern Jiangsu.
