The proposed revised plot is located in the 04 and 06 neighborhoods of Unit 04 and 06 of TGf(07) 06 in the central business district of Binhai New Area, Tianjin, with a total land area of about 11.01 hectares to Rongzhi Road in the east, Jinfu Road in the south, Xinfinancial Avenue in the west, and Jinhai Road in the north.
Reason for adjustment
In order to respond to the development policy of Binhai New Area, implement the overall land and space planning of Binhai New Area, improve the residential carrying capacity of Yujiapu area, promote the integrated development of port, industry and city, enhance regional popularity and vitality, and promote the construction of central vitality area, the land layout and control indicators are adjusted.
