In order to inherit the farming culture, enrich the connotation of labor education, and combine labor education with subject teaching, knowledge learning and practical operation, Pengta Town Central School has been adhering to the development of curriculum, scientific research, activities and evaluation since the establishment of the school's labor practice base. Since April 18, 2024, students have brought learning tools to the school's labor practice base to enjoy the "discipline + labor" interdisciplinary integrated teaching feast served by teachers of various disciplines, so as to effectively empower the growth of students.

Language + labor, writing spring in the practice base. Teacher Hu Juan moved the Chinese classroom to the labor practice base, and she used the flying flower order to guide the students to understand: to write something, you need to observe with your eyes, listen with your ears, understand with your heart, and then fall on the pen. In class, Mr. Hu led the students to enjoy the beautiful scenery of rape flowers, willows, peach trees, cherry blossoms and other flowers in the base in an orderly manner, sorted out the weeds in the fields, picked up the garbage between the ridges, and instructed the students to use the learned Chinese poems as examples, and review the rhetorical techniques and sensory descriptions that can be used in writing. In class, the students actively shared their real "spring" and shared their evaluation of the "spring" they saw in the eyes of their classmates. The Chinese class entered the labor practice base, and the students were promoted to "little writers", and learned to observe, think, and express in labor practice.

English + labor, the practice base is "high" upside down. Ms. Huang Fen acted as a tour guide and led the students of Class 7 (6) on a classroom tour of the garden. During the garden, Mr. Huang made full use of the resources of the base to guide the students to learn about various flowers, fruit trees, and vegetables, and taught English vocabulary such as rape flowers, broad beans, green onions, garlic, cherry blossoms, and willows, and combined words with real objects. She also led the students to use wisdom and skillful hands to draw exquisite English name tags for the vegetables, fruits and vegetables, flowers and plants in the practice base, which not only exercised the students' hands-on ability, but also consolidated the basic knowledge of English in the explanation. At the pond of the labor base, Mr. Huang asked the students to observe whether the pond was clean, so as to introduce "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", called on students to use practical actions to protect the environment, and guided students to discuss and share specific methods of protecting the environment in daily life and learning in English, which not only exercised students' spoken English, but also enhanced students' awareness of environmental protection.

Art + labor, practice base painting pastoral. Wang Huihui and Hu Yangyang's art classroom is based on the labor practice base, interpreting the significance of the integration of art and labor, and the students listen carefully to the teacher's explanation of the perspective phenomenon and principle in the art, observe the shape of the distant water and trees, various vegetables and flowers in the labor base in the "lens", and use the pastoral scenery of the labor base to carry out "art + labor" integration education for students, and finally present the pastoral scenery of the base on the sketch paper, so as to truly have a scene in their hearts and a scene on paper.

Mathematics + labor, theorems in the vegetable field. Teacher Ren Yuan adheres to the teaching concept of "mathematics comes from life and serves life", in the lesson of "Pythagorean Theorem", she not only introduced the theoretical knowledge and application principles of Pythagorean Theorem, but also led students to the garlic planting site of the labor practice base, introduced the planting process and methods of garlic, and guided students to find mathematical problems from the labor base. The interdisciplinary integrated teaching of the "discipline + labor" model organically integrates different disciplines with labor education, and fully excavates the connotation of each discipline curriculum.
