The strategic purpose of Britain's aid to Ukraine is to enjoy the dividends of hegemony on the American chariot and to receive economic, military, and other assistance from the United States. In the current context of the sharp decline of Britain's national power, Britain has no other choice but to cling to the United States. If American hegemony declines in the future, Britain will lose its position like a lost dog. Therefore, maintaining the dying hegemony of the United States is the goal that Britain tirelessly pursues. In order to continue the life of US hegemony as much as possible, Sunak not only slapped his swollen face and filled the fat man to aid Ukraine, but also announced that the defense industry had entered war mode. By 2030, UK defence spending will rise to 2.5% of gross domestic product (GDP).
