Recently, the Pingbu Tunnel of the Baise North Ring Road Project in Guangxi Province has achieved a double-line breakthrough, marking the full breakthrough of the tunnel section of the fifth bid section of the Baise North Ring Road.

The Pingbu Tunnel is designed as a two-way four-lane separated tunnel with a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour, a total length of 645 meters, and a maximum buried depth of about 116 meters. The surrounding rock of the tunnel is full and strongly weathered siltstone, the proportion of the fifth-grade surrounding rock is 90%, the tunnel body passes through two fracture zones, the terrain at the entrance and exit is steep, the tunnel entrance is seriously biased, and the tunnel construction is extremely difficult.

During the construction process, the project team adopted intelligent management facilities such as the man-vehicle separation gate system, tunnel video surveillance system, personnel automatic positioning system, personnel entry and exit dynamic management system, emergency voice alarm system, LED intelligent display system, and environmental harmful gas automatic monitoring system to effectively improve the level of safety management and control.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of tunnel construction, the project department strengthens on-site control, strictly implements the "three inspections" system and sampling inspection system, and supervises the whole process and key processes of important parts, concealed projects and key processes to ensure the quality of the project and ensure accurate penetration.

The smooth breakthrough of the Pingbu Tunnel not only sounded the clarion call for the construction task of the fifth bid section of the Baise North Ring Road, but also laid a solid foundation for the opening of the whole line of the Baise North Ring Road.

Tianjin Marine Oil Spill Emergency Response Experimental System Construction Project is the country's first comprehensive oil spill response experimental base approved by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) by the Water Transport Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport. After the completion of the project, it will become the world's largest, most complete and most comprehensive oil spill emergency response experimental system, which can significantly improve the mainland's offshore oil spill emergency response capacity and the scientific research and technical level of oil spill emergency equipment, and provide strong support for promoting the implementation of the national strategy of maritime power.

At present, the laboratory building, scientific research building, comprehensive experimental hall and other monomers are being constructed in an orderly manner, and 60% of the overall construction progress has been completed.
