In the spring, a number of projects of CCCC No. 1 Public Bureau have made new progress

Recently, the Wenling-Changshan Highway Suichanghushan to Huangsha waist section project undertaken by Xiamen Company passed the delivery acceptance and completed the construction one year ahead of schedule.

The Suijiang Highway Project starts from Hushan Township and ends in Huangshajiao Township, with a total length of about 34.4 kilometers for the main line and a total length of about 4.5 kilometers for the connecting line, which is constructed according to the standard of two-way two-lane secondary highway and has a maximum design speed of 60 kilometers per hour. The Hongxingping Bridge is a control project of the project with a total length of 414 meters and a pile foundation diameter of 3.6 to 3.9 meters, which is the first single pile bridge with the largest diameter of 55 meters in the deep-water of the inner lake in China. The bridge spans the first-class water source protection area "Hunan Town Reservoir", with high environmental protection requirements, and the project innovates a key technology for the construction of ultra-large diameter pile foundation gas lift reverse circulation clear water drilling, which extracts waste residue out of the hole through gas lift reverse circulation, effectively prevents mud pollution, and solves the problem of pile foundation construction pollution from the source of water source protection.

After the completion of the project, the time from the county seat to Jusikou Village in Xijia Township can be shortened from the original 3 hours to 1 hour, which is conducive to improving the regional road network, promoting the economic development of the developed areas in the western mountainous areas of Zhejiang and the sharing of economic achievements by the people in the remote mountainous areas. Recently, the right tunnel of the Lehua Tunnel of the G213 Ledu to Hualong Expressway Project in Haidong, Qinghai Province, which was built by Central China Company, was completed.

The project is located on the south side of the herb platform forest farm in Qutan Town, Ledu District, Haidong City, with a total length of 5,933 meters on the right line of the Lehua Tunnel, which is the largest tunnel (740 meters) buried in Qinghai Province and the third longest tunnel in Qinghai Province. The tunnels are all fourth-grade and fifth-grade surrounding rock, of which 74.2% are fifth-grade, and the average elevation of the tunnel site is 3,500 meters. During the construction period, all the construction personnel overcame a series of difficulties such as cold and lack of oxygen at the construction site, complex tunnel geological conditions, rich water, difficult construction management, and high environmental protection requirements, and adopted the method of "informatization + mechanization" to ensure the safety and efficiency of tunnel construction.

After the completion of the project, it will promote the interconnection between Haidong City and various counties and districts, which is of great significance to improve the external development space of Qinghai Province, the transportation conditions of the areas along the route, enhance the radiation capacity, and promote the development of local tourism. The water supply project of the plateau characteristic agricultural park is a key water supply and irrigation project in Yongren County, and the Malishu water pipeline involves a wide range of irrigation and large water demand, with a total of 5 water pipelines and a total length of about 36.5 kilometers. The average precipitation in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture is less than 5 mm, and there has been no large-scale precipitation for more than 190 consecutive days. The project adheres to safe and civilized production, quality and environmental protection management, organizes the construction team to work around the clock, and connects water at the established time.

Recently, the erection of the right T beam of the Fengtailuo River Bridge of the Luanlu, Henan, and Shaanxi 3 bid projects undertaken by the seventh company has been completed.

The Lushi-Luonan Expressway Project is an important one of the 13 liaison lines and urban ring lines in the planning of the expressway network in Henan Province, and is also the first batch of cutting projects of the "13445 Project" of the expressway in Henan Province, with a total length of about 45.7 kilometers. The total length of the Luan-Lu-Henan-Shaanxi 3 standard route is about 11.8 kilometers, and the bridge-tunnel ratio is about 57%, and the main construction content includes roadbed, bridges, tunnels, pavement, housing construction, traffic safety and greening. Among them, the superstructure of the Fengtailuo River Bridge adopts the first simply supported and then continuous prestressed concrete T beam, and the substructure adopts column-type piers, square piers and thin-walled hollow piers. In the process of erecting beams and plates, the project strictly implements the system of leading the bridge erecting machine through the hole, joint acceptance of various departments, daily, weekly and monthly inspections and third-party nondestructive testing to ensure that the whole process of lifting and transporting the beams is safe and controllable.

After the completion of the Luan-Luzhou-Shaanxi-Shaanxi Expressway, it will add a new passage out of the province in the western part of Henan Province, connecting the Central Plains urban agglomeration in the east and the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration in the west, which is of great significance for strengthening inter-regional economic ties and Zhengzhou's radiation drive to southwest Henan. Recently, the Zhejiang Hanghui Project Chengnan Road Interchange A ramp bridge undertaken by the Central South Bureau was completed. So far, the hoisting operation of the large-scale special equipment of the project has been completed, laying a solid foundation for the completion and opening of the project.

The Hanghui project is located in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, which is an important node of the transportation road network in Yuhang District, with one interchange, including 5 ramps, with a total length of about 2,923 meters and three ramp bridges with a total length of about 1,419 meters. Among them, the A ramp bridge has a total of 4 steel box girders, 500.5 meters long, weighing 3745 tons, and is divided into 153 beam sections, spanning Fengxin Road, close to Metro Line 16, with narrow operating space, high construction safety risk and great technical difficulty. The project construction team has carried out many discussions and demonstrations on the research and formulation of construction, erection and other plans and emergency plans, and adopted two processes of less support method hoisting and walking jacking method for synchronous construction.

After the completion of the project, it will realize the convenient connection between the Yunxi Elevated Highway and the cross-border expressway and the urban expressway, and further weave the "center-group" fast channel network to alleviate the traffic pressure in the city. Recently, the "Jiaozhou Bay No. 13" shield machine on the left line between Luzhou Road Station and Lanzhou West Road Station of Qingdao Metro Line 8, which was constructed by the Tunnel Bureau, was launched.

Qingdao Metro Line 8 is the key project of Qingdao urban renewal and urban construction three-year key promotion project and the first rail transit line in the core area of Jiaozhou City, the branch line project starts from Dajian Station in the east and ends at Jiaozhou Railway Station, with a total length of 20.4 kilometers and a total of 12 stations on the whole line, all of which are underground stations. The construction content of the tunnel bureau includes 3 stations and 4 sections from Fuzhou Road Station to Jiaozhou Railway Station, the terminal station, of which the Lulan section is a double-hole single-track tunnel. In order to cope with the problems of complex geological conditions and large water volume in the foundation pit, the project innovatively uses key technologies such as grouting outside the pit + radial grouting in the pit, and uses BIM technology as the support to establish the station and shield model, optimize the construction process and site layout, and calculate the stress and deformation of the structure under different working conditions, so as to provide scientific guidance for on-site construction.

After the completion of the subway, it will build a fast passage serving the passenger flow corridor between the Jiaozhou Group and the Hongdao Economic Zone, the Airport Economic Zone and the East Coast Urban Area in the north bank urban area, and become the backbone transportation mode from the core area of Jiaozhou to the central urban area of Qingdao. Recently, the main dam of the upper reservoir project of the Tai'an pumped storage project undertaken by the three companies began to be filled and constructed, laying a solid foundation for the early completion of power generation.

The project is located in the southeast of Tai'an City, Shandong Province, and is a pure pumped storage power station with daily regulation, and the hub building of the power station is mainly composed of upper storage, water transmission system, underground plant system, ground switch station and lower storage. The construction of the main dam of the upper reservoir of the power station undertaken by the three companies is a concrete panel rockfill dam, with a crest elevation of 686.5 meters, a width of 10 meters, a length of 458 meters, and a maximum dam height of 109.5 meters, with a total of 2.89 million cubic meters of stones and concrete. The project set up a main dam filling team, assigned people and responsibilities, solved the problems of large amount of filling earth and stone, long project time, and tight construction time, and planned key tasks in advance in the form of daily meetings to speed up the construction of the project.

After the completion of the project, Tai'an will become the second largest pumped storage city in Asia and the fifth largest in the world, which will help enhance the safety, flexibility, adaptability and economy of Shandong's power grid system, improve the peak regulation capacity of the power grid, and ensure the safe and reliable supply of electricity.
