Atractylodes, Poria cocos, white peony, good products for strengthening the spleen and dampness.
Atractylodes macrocephalus focuses on strengthening the spleen and dampness, Poria cocos is good at strengthening the spleen and infiltrating dampness, and white peony urinate to nourish blood and regulate the liver.
