Anyone who organizes or participates in international football events without filing with the Chinese Football Association without authorization, and organizes or participates in international football events without authorization, once verified, the Disciplinary Committee of the Chinese Football Association will impose a penalty of at least two years prohibiting the filing of international football events on the member associations of the Chinese Football Association at the place of competition, relevant organizations, clubs, and teams.
If the circumstances are serious or cause the Chinese Football Association to be punished by international organizations, the Disciplinary Committee of the Chinese Football Association will reserve the right to further punish the relevant units and individuals involved.
The event organizer shall do so before the ticket sales are launched
Inform the public of the terms of the star's appearance
Before the event is approved by the international organization, the organizer of the sports event shall not carry out any form of ticket sales and ticket pre-sale. Organizers of sporting events should improve the ticketing terms and conditions, inform the public of the terms and conditions of the main stars and the handling plan in case of breach of contract before the ticketing is launched, and specify the relevant plan in the ticketing plan (ticketing conditions).
