Biotoxin Team
By identifying new toxin-producing fungi and their mycotoxins, the biotoxin team evaluates the toxicological properties of mycotoxins, develops practical biotoxin prevention and degradation technologies, determines the key control points of the whole industrial chain of food and feed production, and solves the key problems of mycotoxin contamination of major agricultural products such as corn, wheat and peanuts. The main research contents include:
(1) Development of detection methods for toxin-producing fungi and mycotoxins: through the analysis of microbial diversity on a global scale, an advanced, rapid, sensitive and cost-effective detection method for toxigenic fungi and mycotoxins is developed to achieve accurate monitoring of the distribution of toxin-producing fungi and mycotoxin contamination;
(2) Mycotoxin contamination monitoring and critical control points: carry out analysis of the current status of mycotoxin contamination, including active screening (such as the development of Hazard Control Critical Points (HACCP) methods or automatic control technologies) and routine monitoring (in cooperation with the National Health Commission, the National Risk Assessment Center, and the National Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau);
(3) Field prevention: develop and optimize biological control agents, fungal and bacterial antagonists, and key crop breeding, and establish economically feasible field prevention and optimization measures for mycotoxins;
(4) Intervention strategies: By integrating new toxin-producing fungal control technologies, the fungal contamination of agricultural products in the process of harvesting, processing and storage was improved, and the benefits of the improved technology were evaluated, and the intervention strategies for the whole industry chain of sustainable mycotoxins were developed.
(5) Remediation: Through the optimization or development of innovative industrial-grade detoxification/detoxification operation technology, a high-efficiency mycotoxin pollution remediation system is formed; animal models are used to analyze the efficacy of mycotoxin detoxifiers in inhibiting mycotoxin absorption, and effective mycotoxin antagonists are screened to reduce the food risk caused by mycotoxin contamination in food and feed; and further degraded mycotoxins in biomass through optimized fermentation technology to improve feed safety.
(6) Emerging and reproducing risk assessment in the food industry: Whole-genome sequencing and metaomics methods are used to identify and characterize emerging and reproducing biotoxins that affect human and animal health in traditional products.
02 Chief Scientist
Prof. Antonio F. Logrieco, former Director of the Scientific Institute of Food Production of the Italian National Research Institute (CNR), President of the International Society of Fungal Toxicology, President of the Mediterranean Union of Plant Pathology and President of the Fusarium Commission of the International Society of Plant Pathology, founder and director of the "Agri-Food Microorganism Collection", was elected an honorary member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in 2016. Prof. Antonio F. Logrieco has always been committed to solving the problems of food safety and resource waste caused by mycotoxin contamination, focusing on the identification of new mycotoxins and their physical and chemical properties, the development of mycotoxin reduction and control technology, and the key control points and management of the whole industry chain of mycotoxin contamination in food and feed. Prof. Antonio F. Logrieco has published more than 350 academic papers (h-index 60), edited and published 12 related books, participated in more than 70 international academic conferences as a member of the academic committee, and presided over or participated in a number of EU science and technology action projects including COST Action 835, FoodSafety4EU program, Horizon 2020 and so on.

Job Requirements
Graduated from well-known universities or research institutes at home and abroad, major in microbiology/mycology, chemistry, biology, molecular biology, toxicology and other related majors;
Have work experience in high-level universities or well-known scientific research institutes at home and abroad, and have made great influence in this field;
Generally not more than 45 years old, full-time work in the laboratory.

Job Requirements
1. Ph.D. degree, graduated from well-known universities or research institutes at home and abroad, major in microbiology, biology, chemistry, food processing and other related majors;
2. Postdoctoral work experience is preferred, and work experience in foreign high-level universities or scientific research institutions is preferred;
3. Good English communication skills and the ability to write English reports independently;
4. Generally no more than 40 years old, full-time work in the laboratory;
5. Candidates for big data direction should have more than 3 years of experience in bioinformatics or big data management, and have the experience of serving as a research team leader in a well-known enterprise or research institution.
(4) Postdoctoral fellow
