The first is to "set the direction" and strengthen the political guidance of the party organization. The company resolutely implements the party's theory, line, principles and policies, firmly grasps the correct direction of the reform and development of the enterprise, adheres to the service production and operation without deviating, adheres to the common planning, deployment and implementation of the party building work and business work, highlights the key role of the party committee and the party branch, promotes the formation of a first-class party building quality management system, sets the direction for the major issues of the company's reform, development and stability, and tests the effectiveness of the party building work with the company's reform and development results.

The second is to "manage the overall situation" and give play to the core role of the leadership of the party committee. In terms of mechanism norms, we have continuously improved the responsibility system for party building work. In terms of organizational construction, we will promote the formation of a branch construction brand project. The first is to innovate and develop the management of the branch, further promote the construction of "one branch and one brand", and highlight the benchmarking and demonstration role of the branch. For 6 consecutive years, the company has carried out the demonstration and upgrading of party branches, and the company has created a total of 62 benchmark party branches and 112 demonstration party branches. The second is to consolidate the basic work of the construction of grassroots party branches, increase investment in the work of party branches, and ensure that party branches play a role as a fighting fortress in education, management and supervision of party members, organization and propaganda to serve the masses of workers, and promote production and operation. The third is to carry out the theme innovation activities of branch construction, organize party building theme learning and education activities, party building theme practice activities, and branch contact grassroots activities, promote and apply more than 100 characteristic theme practice activities, and improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work of the party branch. The fourth is to build a demonstration area for party building and a practice base for party building teaching. In terms of team building, we pay attention to the ability and future development of the talent team. The first is to establish and improve the ability and literacy training system and strengthen political responsibility.
