The Great Northern Wilderness Knowing Youth Years: Eating wolf meat, fried fish, the Great Northern Wilderness in my memory

At that time, the 66th, 67th, and 68th junior and senior high school graduates (commonly known as the "old three"), in the winter of 1968, when the educated youth came to our rural areas in the Great Northern Wilderness, the original Great Northern Wilderness still maintained its rugged and primitive state. I seem to remember the books I read when I was a child: the roe deer was beaten with a stick, the fish was scooped, and the pheasant flew into the rice pot. Or ginseng, mink, and wula grass!"The vast world has a lot to do," with this sentence, Heilongjiang ushered in batches of intellectual young people who went to the mountains and went to the countryside, and they came from all over the country, some of them were buried here, some started a family, and some of them were separated for their wives to return to the city.

I just finished watching the TV series "Educated Youth". The TV series "Educated Youth" mainly depicts an excellent TV series that touches people in Beijing, Shanghai and all over the country in response to Chairman Mao's call to go to the Great Northern Wilderness to reclaim the frontier, build the frontier, and defend the frontier. The educated youths of the golden age! It's so good-looking, I really hope that the endless performance will continue, and my whole person will be invested in the plot......

The real Great Northern Wilderness is roughly like this. I have cut the grass in the toma, sat on the ox and the horse climbed the plow, the adults in the family have picked up the roe deer, and I have seen the black blind man brought back by the hunter, and the live red deer pulled back by the production team...... Come to think of it, life was very hard, very poor, and it was very cold! But people's laughter was hearty and sincere!

At that time, he left his hometown to go to the Great Northern Wilderness, and now he is leaving his hometown and leaving the Great Northern Wilderness, and the Great Northern Wilderness is still the Great Northern Wilderness after all. There are also mud, and mud to remove the big billet, to wipe the wall with the kang, and to stick sorghum scratches on the outer gable...... The house grass, also known as the small leaf camphor, was the Great Northern Wilderness at that time: the Great Northern Wilderness was really desolate, there were rabbits and wolves, but there was a lack of big girls!

We all use wine bottles and canned bottles to fry fish, one-third of the explosives in the wine bottle is enough, and the other two-thirds are filled with soil, and the first thing to fry fish in the river is to choose "Daqinggou" (where the water is deep and the water is fast, where there are big fish) and "water nest" (where the water is deeper and more stable, there are also big fish), and after selecting the target, the fuse is lit and thrown directly to the destination.

When you fry fish, no one should stay in the water, even if you are dozens of meters away from the explosion point, the shock wave after the explosion is like ten thousand needles piercing the body. The largest fish we fried in the river in the poplar forest area weighed 42 catties, and the fish was not delicious when it was big.

In addition to beating wolves and wild boars with 7.62 rifles, we also used homemade "fried seeds" to wrap the outside of fried seeds in lard, and as long as wolves and wild boars ate with their mouths, half of their mouths would be blown away.

Boiled river fish in river water, there is no seasoning, just a little salt, put the fish that has just been caught in a bucket, add river water, and then set up a wooden fire to burn, and then eat it separately, that taste, it is very beautiful, I can no longer eat it in this life, I miss the youth years!

One year, my father took a hunting dog up the mountain to hunt and met a lone wolf, and the dog and wolf were in a fight, the dog was seriously injured and one ear was almost bitten off, and the wolf was bitten to death by the dog. The father brought the wolf back and cooked it like dog meat, and the smell of the fish in the house wafted to half of the tunzi.

Eating wolf meat is a hard work, no matter how hard you bite it, you have to cut it into small pieces with a knife, even then you can't chew it, the meat is stuffed between the teeth, and the whole family is swollen to the point that the teeth bleed, and the taste is particularly fishy. There is no way, feed the dog wolf meat, and the dog will run away when he smells the wolf meat and will not eat a bite.

I think of the scene when I went to the countryside, the sky was blue, the wilderness was vast, the hills and fields, all kinds of small trees, and all kinds of weeds were grown. The farm has mechanization, the countryside depends on the old cattle and manpower, life is spring, there are no vegetables, some farms make some tofu, fry some soybeans, the staple food is noodles, and corn-based, in the summer season, all kinds of vegetables are down, and the products are still relatively rich. Young people are together, talking and laughing, or very happy, so as to reduce the miss of hometown, the past years, some aspects are also very difficult, but in retrospect, it is also the course of life, in memory, it is also a good memory!

At that time, this was the kind of life, a generation will eventually grow old, and a new generation of people in the Great Wilderness are still continuing to cultivate this black land! There may still be such a place in the Great Northern Wilderness today, probably only a protected area. May the whole people respect nature, respect the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, and leave a green mountain for future generations.
