The volunteer service group will be trained by professional instructors, read various books and study workshops together in the form of co-creation. The members of the volunteer group will also design interesting and meaningful study routes and lead explanations to let the audience understand Jiangnan culture, Shanghai culture and red culture on the spot. Among them, the red culture will be based on the book "Huangpu Red Starting Point" to spread the red culture of Yanpu.

After the inauguration ceremony of the Volunteer Service Group, Tang Chen led the members of the Volunteer Group to walk Nanjing Road with the theme of "Inheriting the Red Spirit and Smiling at the Flowers". Starting from the Huangpu Bund Party and Mass Center, walk west along Nanjing East Road, pass through Nanjing East Road, and finally arrive at the Moss Shengyuan on the Yellow River Road. In Mr. Tang's explanation, the volunteers seemed to see the past and present life of Nanjing Road.
Huangpu is located in the core area of Shanghai's central city, with typical Shanghainese cultural characteristics, full of strong cultural atmosphere and historical heritage, some time ago the popular TV series "Flowers" was filmed in Huangpu District as the background. The first stop was the Foreign Trade Building at No. 27 on the Bund where Miss Wang worked in "Flowers", which is now Roosevelt at No. 27 Zhongshan East 1st Road, and the former site of Jardine Matheson, the largest British-funded consortium in the Far East during the Qing Dynasty. The Peace Hotel, where Mr. Bao worked, was formerly known as the Sassoon Building, which was established in 1929. The Shanghai clothing company in the play is based on Sincere Company, one of Shanghai's "four time-honored department stores", and is now a Shanghai fashion store. The Hulian commercial building in the play is based on the Hualian commercial building at that time, which is the former site of Yongan Department Store across the road. There is also the Moss Sacred Garden, which has become a popular check-in place because of "Flowers", which corresponds to the Zhizhen Garden in the play. Whether it is the scene or the story in the play, their shadows can be found on Nanjing Road. There are not only "flowers" on Nanjing Road, but also "red classics". The bloody sacrifice point of the patriotic masses of the May Day Movement, the place where the martyr Mao Liying was killed, and the Qiyun Pavilion on the roof of the Yongan Department Store are the places where the first red flag was raised on Nanjing Road...... The volunteers followed the route carefully designed by Mr. Tang and learned about the red culture and Shanghai culture. "Although I am also from Shanghai, I don't have a particularly in-depth understanding of Nanjing Road.
