On April 22, the Theoretical Learning Center Group of the Party Group of the People's Government of Pu'an County of the Communist Party of China held a concentrated learning seminar in the second quarter of 2024, focusing on studying and implementing a series of important expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the new quality of productivity, more deeply understanding the profound connotation and practical requirements of the new quality of productivity, identifying the entry point and breakthrough point of the work, and accelerating the development of the new quality productivity. Huang Qixing, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, and county leaders Tuo Jintao, Wu Shuxian, Hong Shan, Wang Biao, Liu Jin, and Shen Jian attended the meeting and exchanged speeches on how to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces.
The meeting pointed out that entering the stage of high-quality development, General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the original concept of "new quality productivity", profoundly answered the major questions of "what is new quality productivity, why should new quality productivity be developed, and how to develop new quality productivity", made profound explanations, put forward clear requirements, and guided specific practice. It is necessary to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the development of new quality productive forces, deeply understand the great significance, accurately grasp the scientific connotation and core essence, and achieve deep understanding and constant learning.
The meeting emphasized that we should always keep in mind that high-quality development is the hard requirement and last word of the new era, more deeply understand the profound connotation and practical requirements of new quality productivity, transform and upgrade traditional industries, cultivate and expand emerging industries, and lay out and build future industries. All towns (streets) and parks should adhere to the reality, based on their own resource endowment, industrial base, and development level, and put the philosophical ideas of seeking truth from facts and integrating knowledge and action throughout practice, and fully combine and tap local characteristic resources according to local conditions, give full play to their comparative advantages, and selectively promote the development of new industries, new models, and new kinetic energy. In accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the central, provincial and state governments, we should firmly grasp the primary task of high-quality development, develop new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions, and inject new momentum and vitality into the comprehensive security examination papers for the promotion of Chinese-style modernization.
The meeting also made arrangements for the prevention and control of geological disasters, the protection of cultivated land, economic operation, project construction, and the "popularization of the Five Classics."
