At the launching ceremony of this year's Labor Law Publicity Week, the Changning District People's Court, the District Federation of Trade Unions, and the District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court jointly signed the "Memorandum of Cooperation on the Multiple Dispute Resolution Mechanism of Labor Relations". This is a powerful measure to further integrate resources on the basis of the 2023 Labor Law Publicity Week, promote the tripartite linkage mechanism of "court + arbitration + trade union", give full play to the judicial function of the people's courts, promote the prevention and resolution of labor and personnel disputes at the source and the efficient mediation of disputes, and promote the construction of more harmonious labor relations and a more optimized business environment based on the rule of law.
Nowadays, as an important subject of labor relations, workers' awareness of the protection of labor rights and interests is constantly improving, but their own disadvantaged position and lack of knowledge of labor law are difficult to match their own increasing demand for rights protection, and even many workers are not clear about the path to protect their rights when their rights and interests are damaged, making it difficult for them to fully protect their legitimate rights in a timely manner.
In this regard, this year, the three parties have specially formulated the "Map for Workers' Rights Protection" and its detailed explanations, which comprehensively analyze the multiple ways to resolve disputes and protect rights of the District Federation of Trade Unions, the District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court, and the District People's Court, which details in detail the paths and legal consequences of workers applying for trade union mediation, arbitration mediation or arbitration, people's court mediation or litigation, and provides a concise, clear and practical guide for workers to protect their rights, so that workers can be accurate, timely and timely in the process of rights protection. The Civil Trial Division of the District People's Court, the District Federation of Trade Unions, and the District Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court respectively released a total of 15 typical cases of multiple dispute resolution from their respective fields.
