A few days ago, the Tianshan School affiliated to East China Normal University officially opened the "Reading Life, Scholarly Campus" campus reading festival. The reading festival was jointly organized by the school and the Changning District Library, including American recitation, classic reading, scholar forum and other rich activities.
It is understood that this reading festival has set up two series of sections: "Sky and Cloud Shadow" and "Spring Mountain Chasing the Wind". The "Sky and Cloud Shadow" section activities focus on reading itself, watching books and observing the world; "American Recitation" creates self-created articles to interpret the voice of the past; "Famous Coser" imitates famous characters, makes self-made tabloids and writes character biographies, and walks into the souls of characters in their own way; "Classic Reading" records the thoughts and flashes of inspiration in the world of "one lamp, one person, one book", and "Waist Seal Design" activities design waist covers for designated books to express understanding with words and image art. As one of the cooperative units of the school's "Life Co-education Alliance", the Changning District Library will also exhibit the works related to the reading activities of Tianshan students.
In the coming week, the series of lectures and forums in the "Chasing the Wind in Spring Mountain" section, which is extended by reading, will also provide Tianshan students with the opportunity to read and exchange ideas with the masters. Lin Weicheng, consultant of the Shanghai China Printing Museum and the Shanghai Institute of Printing Technology, will give a lecture on "how a book is made"; Xu Rumeng, a sister from Peking University who graduated from Tianshan School, will also return to campus to exchange ideas with students on "How to Read in the Cracks"; and Xu Mofan, a professor of the Department of Chinese at East China Normal University, will give a lecture entitled "Can Language Determine Thinking?" to guide students to think deeply about the relationship between language and writing, thinking order, and thinking power......
Walking into the newly built Tianshan School Library, advanced digital technology and a warm reading space are also ready, creating a comfortable reading environment for Tianshan students. The self-service borrowing and returning machine is convenient for Tianshan students to easily start the journey of borrowing and returning books, and it is more convenient to borrow and return books. Paper books are not enough to read, the waterfall e-book borrowing machine allows you to "get your favorite e-books in one code", and the ink screen reading book can be placed on the stand to start a pleasant spiritual dialogue.
The open communication space in the museum is equipped with an advanced multi-functional interactive screen, which builds a stage for teachers and students to collide and exchange knowledge. In daily learning and life, various activities such as interactive Chinese teaching, reading elective courses and the reading club of the "Wangshu" Literature Club are carried out here.
"We hope that reading will penetrate into all aspects of the learning and life of students in the Tianshan Mountains, so that students can understand the temperature contained in the books in the reading of words, and appreciate the thickness of life, extend the length of life, and expand the width of life in the sea of books.
