Starting from this semester, Huashi Experimental School aims to enrich the content of large recess activities, innovate the mode of large recess sports activities, improve the quality of large recess activities, improve the level of students' physical fitness and sports skills, and use very limited sports activity venues, from overall rhythmic gymnastics, running activities to grade-level activities, so as to implement "everyone participates and everyone masters a sports skill".

First, grasp the formulation of plans. Our school has set up a work leading group led by the vice president, organized and implemented by the art and sports group, responsible for the class teacher, and cooperated by the subject teachers. The art and sports group first formulated the first draft of the plan, solicited the opinions of the majority of teachers for revision, and then reported to the county education bureau after being reviewed and approved by the principal's office. The work leading group and the art and sports group regularly hold relevant meetings to study the problems encountered in the promotion, brainstorm ideas, and effectively ensure the normalization of large recess activities.

Second, focus on content innovation. One is to update the overall physical activity. The original broadcast gymnastics was deleted and replaced with rhythmic gymnastics to improve the freshness and vitality of the students. The second is to retain the content of traditional running exercises. Running is the basis for strengthening students' physique, and traditional sports are preserved on innovative principles. The third is to enrich the class placement activities. The sixth grade is group rope skipping (fun sport), the seventh grade is sit-ups, and the ninth grade is the "Young China" Red Flag Dance, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation. The fourth is to inherit the excellent martial arts culture. Integrate five-step boxing and primary three-way long boxing into the eighth-grade class activities to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body.

Third, grasp the implementation of responsibilities. The first is to grasp the responsibility of the principal. Every time there is a big recess, the principal is involved and instructed. Second, grasp the responsibility of the class teacher. The homeroom teachers of our school conscientiously perform the duties of organization, implementation, and safety education in the large recess activities. The third is to grasp the responsibility of physical education teachers. Physical education teachers shoulder the responsibility of overall organization and sub-guidance in the activities to ensure that the activities between classes are carried out completely. Fourth, we should grasp the responsibility of subject teachers. According to the division of labor in the program, subject teachers maintain discipline in their own classes and actively participate in them.
