For example, Qianyi represents the sky, Dui 2 represents Ze, Li3 represents fire, Zhen 4 represents thunder, Xun 5 represents wind, Kan 6 represents water, Gen 7 represents mountain, and Kun 8 represents earth. Through the interpretation of these symbols, people can explore the mysteries of the universe and the philosophy of life.
At the same time, the principle of yin and yang in the I Ching can also be understood in a simple way. For example, the combination of Qianyi and Dui 2 represents the interaction between heaven and ze, the combination of Lisan and Zhensi represents the interrelationship between fire and thunder, the combination of Xun 5 and Kan 6 represents the interaction between wind and water, and the combination of Gen 7 and Kun 8 represents the interdependence of mountains and earth.

This can be compared to the phenomenon of natural life, such as the burning of wood produces fire, and the fire burns to produce ash (earth), the ash contains a small amount of metal, and the metal melts into water after heating or evaporates the surrounding water into water vapor, which can promote the growth of trees.
The relationship between the five elements includes: wood and earth, earth and water, water and fire, fire and gold, and gold and wood. For example, a tree's root system can hold the soil in place and prevent soil erosion, a levee can hold back floods, water can extinguish fires, fire can melt metal, and metal tools can cut down trees.
In the process of the five elements, the wood makes fire, and the power of the wood decreases, which the ancients called "being leaked". The increase in the power of fire belongs to "begotten". In the five elements, fire overcomes gold, and the power of fire decreases, which the ancients called "being consumed".

In addition, the relationship between the five elements also includes birth, restraint, consumption, and discharge. Sheng means promotion and growth, gram means restraint and restraint, consumption means consumption and weakening, and leakage means leakage and loss.
