It has been more than a month since the end of the second lecture of "Courseware Conception and Design in Modern Teaching Media", and one of the students submitted "I don't think the homework needs to be changed" when submitting the assignment has been echoing in my mind, prompting me to keep asking questions, constantly reflecting, and then forming some thoughts.

The assignments for this class are a closed loop. There are three assignments, the first one is a preview assignment, and students complete the courseware production by watching textbooks or videos. After two courses to achieve two upgrades, the first time mainly understood that "the core of courseware production is teaching design", tried to use the five-star teaching method for teaching design, and mastered the operation of basic elements such as pictures, texts, audio, and video in courseware. The second upgrade mainly solves the structuring and visualization of content, and masters the graphics, animations, links and other operations of courseware. If you have more energy to learn, you can also design the beginning and end of wonderful film and television effects.

Introspection is the only way to achieve steady and far-reaching results

Follow-up question 1: Does it need to be constantly modified and upgraded?

Need. In the comparison, we can directly look at the growth point, focus on understanding whether there is any, and whether the method is mastered.

Follow-up question 2: After completing the upgrade, where is the stuck point?

First of all, you must listen carefully and practice diligently. There is a deep chasm between "knowing" and "doing". Practice is the only way to cross this gap.

Knowing that "the core of courseware production is teaching design", how to design a good lesson? There is no fixed way to teach and no fixed way to learn. In just a few tens of minutes, the teacher can only provide a method or a way of thinking, and more needs personal in-depth exploration, such as intensive reading of "Instructional Design in the Pursuit of Understanding", "Primary Teaching Principles" and so on.

Secondly, the copywriting is very pertinent, the thinking cannot be slack, and it needs to be self-summarized and diligent in reflection. In both the upgraded and essential versions of the assignments, there is a learning reflection section. Reflection is like a mirror, seeing the effect of your learning, but also seeing the shortcomings of my teaching.

Third, the difficulty of the assignment is the structuring of the content, the visualization of the text, and the visualization of thinking. I know the common tools for thinking visualization, and I also know how to use PPT or WPS to structure and illustrate content. However, it takes a long time to practice it to be truly proficient.

Follow-up question 3: If I retake this class, what improvements can I make?

The belief behind her actions is simple, and that is – to make schools and children happy because of her presence. She knows that a person's true happiness is not to gain but to give, and to give must have the ability and strength to give.

Where does strength and competence come from?

On the eve of New Year's Day in 2021, the city of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, where she lives, fully implemented the new education experiment. The spring breeze of the new education experiment has also blown into a rural primary school in the far northwest of Feng County, Heji Primary School in Shouxian Town, Feng County. Principal Wang Guofeng approached her to talk: one of the top ten actions of new education after the Spring Festival - creating a scholarly campus activity, and decided to hand over her to be responsible for the new semester after the Spring Festival. She was ordered in a critical situation, but she also had many concerns: how can the new education work be truly implemented?

Just during the Spring Festival, she was fortunate to see the spring enrollment brochure of the 2021 new network division in the "Zhenxi Teahouse" of Mr. Li Zhenxi, who had paid attention to her, and suddenly felt that her eyes lit up: joining the new network teacher, with the professional guidance of the lecturer, she will definitely be able to solve the immediate difficulties! Since then, the happiness of her educational life has become very concrete.

In order to better promote the school's new education work, she took the related "Whole Book Reading Course" in the spring, and under the guidance of the lecturer Liu Lixian, she studied hungrily. The final assessment was excellent, and he was rated as a "model student", and the school's work of building a scholarly campus was also in full swing, which was praised by the leaders of the county bureau and the brother schools.

In the autumn semester, the school began to implement another major action of new education - creating a perfect classroom activity project.
