Zhao Ruijun affirmed the achievements of the whole state in the construction of the Lumei Red River, and asked for continuous efforts and long-term efforts to deepen the work of the construction of the Lumei Red River.

He affectionately told the Young Pioneers that planting trees can not only reduce carbon emissions and increase greenery, but also protect the ecology and beautify the environment, which is a good thing for the present and for the future. It is our common responsibility to build a beautiful China, a green Yunnan, a green and beautiful Red River, and promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
