Li Shisong stressed the need to fully implement the river chief system, thoroughly investigate and rectify pollution sources and sewage outlets along the river, strengthen the control of "two pollutions" in rural areas, and resolutely guard the ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Pearl River.
Li Shisong successively came to the park, enterprises, and projects for investigation. He emphasized that it is necessary to adhere to the excellent use of electricity, guide and encourage enterprises to strengthen industrial coordination and regional linkage with industrial policies, and create new advantages of "green electricity + advanced manufacturing".
